[[BadBoss Apathetic to the fates of his own soldiers]], Zol dismisses their deaths and even tests the powers of a resurrected mummy-like kaijin by letting him murder one of his mooks. Using another infectious kaijin, Zol has him kill a group of innocents, forcibly converting the survivor into a disease-carrier to spread more suffering. In [[Series/KamenRiderV3 the sequel series]], Zol works with Doctor G to unleash [[DeadlyGas toxic gas]] in Hokkaido and killing the innocent civilians.

** TV-Nihon subs for a good deal of people. [[TranslationTrainWreck Plagued with inaccuracies]], [[ObligatorySwearing unnecessary swearing]], large amounts of words left untranslated,[[note]]Especially honorifics. An especially egregious moment from their ''Magiranger'' subs left the phrase "O-Baka-Chan-Tachi" in completely untranslated.[[/note]] overly flashy typeset attacks and transformation phrases, and horribly ugly ''color coded'' hardsubbed subtitles mean that they're a source of ire for a good chunk of Rider fans. There have been edit wars on Wiki/ThisVeryWiki based on conflicts between TV-N and other subgroups. Some people think the group is just fine, and others think of TV-N as a cancer on the fanbase.
** On a non-internal conflict note, Saban's ''Masked Rider''. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who enjoys ''Kamen Rider'' who likes ''Masked Rider''. Depending on who you're talking to, saying you like it might be a gigantic mistake.

** [[InsaneAdmiral Colonel Bakarashin Iinodevitch Zol]] serves as TheDragon to the Great Leader. After serving as a [[ThoseWackyNazis Nazi officer]] in UsefulNotes/WorldWarII, Zol joins Shocker where he gains a reputation for wreaking havoc in the Middle East. He quickly lives up to this reputation when he’s transferred to Japan to deal with Kamen Rider 2. He fails to show any sense of shame for his crimes, ranging from [[MindRape brainwashing children]] into becoming Shocker guerilla soldiers to using Wolfsbane to gas attack Goro’s town. Colonel Zol is also a [[BadBoss horrible boss to his men]], as shown when he praises a revived Egyptus, a mummy kaijin that can incinerate victims, for testing his abilities on--and ultimately killing--one of his mooks. The sequel series ''Series/KamenRiderV3'' only adds to his crimes.
