* CharacterShilling: Infinity #5 has a sequence where a member of Shi-Ar Imperial Guard points out to Captain America that every world liberated from the Builders has taken up the Avengers banner as a sign of unity, due to the Avengers being so instrumental in turning the tide of the war. It wouldn't be so bad, if the Avengers weren't a group of 12 amongst several galactic empires.

* TakeThat: Because Matt Kindt expressed disappointment that he couldn't use characters taken to AvengersArena in ''The Hunt'', people like to see events in third issue of that mini - characters screaming "this is hopeless!", as her group is fighting alone against Outriders, and two students from Braddock Academy, the same school most of Dennis Hopeless' [[CreatorsPet Creator's Pets]] are from, being unceremonially killed - as a series of jabs at it. Not to mention that out of all schools which introduced new characters, the Braddock Academy is the only one to introduce two, intead of three characters, one of whom is Canadian.
