* [[spoiler:WakeUpCallBoss: Mondo is ''much'' harder to take down than Leon was, letting the player know just how easy he had it in the tutorial case. First, the game attempts to railroad you into suspecting Genocider Syo, so you have to prove that this is the one murderer Syo ''didn't'' commit. Second, Byakuya messed with the crime scene because he thought it would make the game more fun, so then you have to prove it wasn't Byakuya either. Third, the ''crime scene location'' is wrong because you started from the assumption that Chihiro was a girl, and you won't realize that Mondo switched the crime scenes unless you figure out that Chihiro was secretly a boy. And even when you name Mondo as the suspect, you don't actually have any hard evidence like you did with Leon and you only manage to implicate him because he screws up and identifies a detail he shouldn't have known. And after ''that'', you don't even face Mondo himself for the final "rhythm game," instead Kiyotaka jumps to Mondo's defense and he's not as easy to beat as Leon was.]]
* [[spoiler:WarmupBoss: Leon's by far the easiest culprit to nail, for several reasons. First, because of Sayaka's dying efforts, you have a bloody message with his ''name'' on it. Second, he tried to dispose of evidence using his baseball skills, ''that no other suspect has''. Third, he was clumsy enough to let part of his shirt drop. Fourth, he freaks out easily and goes on a screaming rant calling everyone else "retarded" over and over again, unlike the culprit of chapter 2 who gets mad but lets somebody else do the final "rhythm game".]]
