* {{Anvilicious}}: The season four episodes "The Conscious Liberator of the Female State" and "The Crowd I'm Seeing" have very heavy-handed messages on how sexism is wrong, the latter especially since the Upta Gals are quick to label all males as misogynist douchebags and (unlike the Malien and the Brain Dogs he convinced into becoming misogynists) are never punished or shown the error of their ways, while Beth makes a half-hearted attempt at telling the Upta Gals that sexism against men is just as bad as sexism against women before giving up and joining them in their acts of petty vandalism.

* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: Despite sharing an animation/humor style with ''WesternAnimation/AdventureTime'', Bravest Warriors is ''much'' edgier. Danny's catchphrase is "Up yours!" and he flips one character the bird. Another character uses the word "whore." Then again, it's on a channel called Cartoon '''Hangover''', so it's not exactly for kids in the first place.

* WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds: The alien from ''The Puppetyville Horror.'' While what he did to the team was borderline NightmareFuel and he was sealed on the planet for most likely causing chaos, he has earned some sympathy from viewers due to the fact that he's extremely lonely and only wants real friends. The face he makes after the Bravest Warriors leave him behind is just Woobie worthy. He's a bit more of a JerkassWoobie as he himself stated he was sealed away on that planet for "Crimes against the universe". His treatment of Preston really doesn't help his case either...

*** In season 4 episode 1, Chris's emotions are damaged in a fight, and he needs "the kiss of life" to be revived. Danny gets into a bit of a fight with Plum cause they both want to kiss Chris. At this point, it would not be unreasonable to assume Danny has romantic interest in Chris. In fact, he quickly switches from "reluctant" to "desperate" when Plum suggests doing it herself.
