* PeripheryDemographic: Despite being marketed towards a preschool audience, ''Batwheels'' has largely been praised by the adult ''DC'' fanbase for it's high production quality, well-rounded characters, faithfulness to the source material, and occasional references to some of the more obscure details of the ''DC'' multiverse. It's also been complimented for toning the franchise's action down in violence and still making for engaging and entertaining ''Batman'' content without resorting to overly simplified characterization.

** Ethan Hawke, the voice of Batman in this series, originally turned down an offer to portray the character in ''Film/BatmanForever'' out of fear of getting typecast. Not only does he finally get to play Batman in this series, but Batman only gets mentioned in the episode honoring the same series whose lead befell the same fate Hawke wanted to avoid. As if that wasn't enough, the special guest character for the episode is named after and uses archive recordings of Adam West.

While it's not a common standard across ''all'' productions, there ''are'' some iterations of the Batcave that ''do'' have fireman's poles, most notably the 1966 series' "Batpoles".

* IdiosyncraticShipNaming: Bam and Bibi's ship name is a combination of their names, "Bambi." Not to be confused by the ''WesternAnimationBambi'' Disney movie kind of name, though.

*** In "Secret Origin of the Batwheels," Bam greets Bibi when she was brought to life by the motherboard and she replies to him with a laugh and a smile to call her by her name. Bam laughs back and says okay after that.

*** In Bam and Bibi in "Cave Sweet Cave," Bam tells Bibi that the parking garage has seven levels and adds that Batman blocked them out for them. Bibi then gives Bam the cute-eyed look, which he smiles back at.
*** In "A Tale of Two Bibis," Bam tells Bibi to think before she acts because he doesn't want her to get hurt. It counts out that Bam truly cares about Bibi.
*** In "Batcomputer for the Day," Bibi goes to save Bam from the car wash after he gets launched into it when Batwing presses the wrong button on the Batcomputer keyboard.
*** In "Wheels Just Wanna Have Fun," Bibi asks Bam if he thinks she's fun after being told by Jestah to have fun like her instead of following the rules. Bam replies with a smile and reminds Bibi that rules are there to keep them safe so they can have fun
*** In "Wheel Side Story," when the Batwheels were chasing Ducky, Bibi and Bam were smiling at each other.
*** In "Batty Body Swap," Bam and Bibi have their bodies swapped with each other.

*** In "Buff's BFF," it looked like Batwing was becoming jealous of Snowy because Buff was smiling at him, especially when Buff invited him to hang out in the Batcave with them and the Batwheels for a while.
*** In Bam's Upgrade, Buff, along with Redbird and Bibi, laughs at Batwing's joke and tells her that she's so funny.
*** In the Christmas special "Holiday On Ice," Buff says to Batwing that he misses her and during the Christmas party scene, he crashes into her when he shouts "HOLIDAY GROUP HUG!"
*** In "Buff in a China Shop," Batwing comforts Buff that accidentally knocking stuff over can happen to anyone, then teaches him ballet to help him be more graceful. You can see them dancing in spotlights together.
*** In "Wheel Side Story," Buff was fascinated by Batwing's superb singing voice after they, Bam, Redbird, and Bibi all got hit by Ducky's Songinator Ray.

*** In "Batty Body Swap," Batwing gets switched into Buff's body.
