''No P in the OOL'' is the original pilot for ''WesternAnimation/CodenameKidsNextDoor''. It aired on July 20, 2001 as part of Creator/CartoonNetwork's Big Pick Weekend, where viewers were allowed to vote on the next cartoon series, ultimately becoming the winner. Once the main series was produced, the short was included in an episode with Operation: C.A.K.E.D. along with the failed ''Kenny and the Chimp'' pilot, ''WesternAnimation/DiseasyDoesIt'' (or ''Chimp 'n' Pox'').

The plot, like in the main series, is SeriousBusiness. Adult Swim at the local pool has been extended to the point that kids get no swim time of their own. The Kids Next Door decide to put a stop to it, but find themselves up against lifeguards Mr. Fibb and Mr. Wink in their souped up Super Chair.
