* TakeThat: A hater of Breadwinners drew a picture of [=SwaySway=] and Buhdeuce's heads being mounted. Almost a year later, Breadfoot did the same to them.

* TomboyWithAGirlyStreak: Ketta loves roller skating and can kick butt with her mechanics. But in TNT Midi she had no complaints about having to wear a dress.

* NotSoStoic: The Breadmaker, who's usually cool and collected, breaks down when trying to cure the zombie outbreak in "Night of the Living Bread". Apparently he's not great under pressure.

* OrganAutonomy: In many gags Buhdeuce's body parts often have a mind of their own. His brain, belly, and even nipples are a few examples. In "Bye Bye Booty", Buhdeuce's butt is sentient and has a love-hate relationship with Buhdeuce.

* PalsWithJesus: The titular Breadwinners are friends with a 6000-7000 year old man who creates all the bread they eat. The Bread Maker is also affectionate and protective towards them calling them "his young ducklings".

* * PhysicalAttributeSwap: "Switcheroo" has [=SwaySway=] and Buhdeuce switch physical builds and the powers they grant, so [=SwaySway=] becomes short and Buhdeuce becomes tall, with a transformation sequence of their body parts changing length. [=SwaySway=] also becomes a BigEater in this form.

* ToiletHumor: In "From Bad to Nurse", Buhdeuce and [=SwaySway=] take care of T-Midi while he's hurt. As they put him in a bathtub (with the two of them in it), [=SwaySway=] says "We're just doing our duty." Then Buhdeuce says "Yeah, doing our doody in the bathtub!" and farts, causing a ''fat bread loaf to come out of the tub, resembling a turd''.
