** In ''Angelina, Star of the Show'' Angelina, again daydreaming about her performance at the Mouseland Dance Festival, doesn't help her grandparents out on the boat they're taking there or change out of her costume. She gets tangled up in everything, ignores what she should be paying attention to, refuses to help grandfather spruce up the paint and causes multiple problems--al of which get her grandparents very fed up. * RecapEpisode: ''Dreams Come True'', an hour-length ''The Next Steps'' movie released on DVD has a definite feel of this, with a lot of flashbacks to past events and past song numbers

* WorkingThroughTheCold: Angelina comes down sick before the tryouts in ''Angelina and the Princess''. Her mother tells her she shouldn't go in to class, but she sneaks out and goes to the tryouts anyways--where she is so dizzy with illness she ends up passing out and only gets a minor role.

* EverybodyLaughsEnding: The episode "Treasure Tandems" has Angelina, Alice and the Pinkpaw twins laughing at [[DarkHorseVictory the surprise victory by William and Henry]] during the episode's treasure hunt.

In 2009, the series was given an AllCGICartoon makeover called ''Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps'', which follows Angelina as she attends dancing school. (Angelina received a makeover in this version of the show to have light pink fur.) The English National Ballet also did a ballet based on the series.
