* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment: Sometimes, he may ask questions like this. Examples are asking "Does your character wear a mask?" after you answer yes to "Does your character always wear a mask".
** Expect lots of different questions all pertaining to hari color.

* RougeAnglesOfSatin: Some of the characters' names are poorly spelled (e.x. "Centerpedle" instead of Centipeetle). They can thankfully be fixed, however.

* ArtificialStupidity: Akinator cannot recognize identical/opposite questions, so sometimes he asks you for your character's gender two or three times. It can be FridgeBrilliance at times--some characters, particularly {{AFGNCAAP}}s, can be both female and male, or neither, or crossdressing or transgender. Of course, he'll ask if they have black hair and then ask if they have blond hair, plus the always entertaining "Asks if they're from one universe, is told yes, guesses a different universe". This is likely the only program to think ''Franchise/MassEffect'' and ''Franchise/{{Halo}}'' are the same universe. And sometimes it will ask you if you've met/said hello to the character ''after'' you've confirmed it's a fictional character or dead historical figure. Apparently it believes you might be ''Literature/ThursdayNext'' or a time traveler.

** If you try to get it to guess something that's not a character, he will say something like "Something I don't know because it's not a character".

* TheDevTeamThinksOfEverything: Well, not the dev team actually, but the contributors/players. Akinator can guess such "characters" as:

** "[[OriginalCharacter Your Own Character]]" is also a possibility, as are "Yourself", "Your mum", "Your father" and "your martial arts instructor".

* TheDevTeamThinksOfEverything:

Likewise, saying the 'Probably/Partially' answer will get you 'Probably Someone', Don't Know leads to 'The One About Whom Nothing Is Known', and 'Probably Not/Not Really' will lead to 'Someone who Doubts their Own Doubt'. Worse yet, Akinator himself is included, to the point where he'll ask [[OhCrap "Do you think I'm too stupid to guess who it is?"]] And if if you were thinking of his mother, a picture of a model in a genie suit appears. If you are listed as young and the answer generated is a wild guess he gives you "I know the answer, but I don't think it's for children." If you try to get it to guess something that's not a character, he will say something like "Something I don't know because it's not a character".

* PyrrhicVictory: If it's easy for you to beat Akinator, it generally means that the stuff you like -- or the stuff you've created -- hasn't made a significant impression on the rest of the world. Really, this is a game you're hoping to "lose"[[labelnote:*]]Unless you're a hipster, in which case you already lost, period[[/labelnote]].

* PyrrhicVictory: If it's easy for you to beat Akinator, it generally means that the stuff you like -- or the stuff you've created -- hasn't made a significant impression on the rest of the world. Really, this is a game you're hoping to "lose".
