A work-in-progress webcomic made by Tropers/MasterJayAM, [[WriteWhatYouKnow who happened to be a mass communications major]], the series focuses on the AnthropomorphicPersonifications of media channels, drawing story lines and gags from the history of the media and the real-life relationships and issues faced by media practitioners today. A series with [[LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters over 30 characters]] representing a media format or an associated technology or industry. A partial list is available [[http://joeabuy1000.deviantart.com/#/d4oie1b here]].

The name is a contraction of Communication Media and a reference to the CommediaDellArte, a type of play during the Renaissance. It may also have something to do with the humorous intention of the comic.
