Black Blood is for when blood is colored differently for censorship reasons. It doesn't refer specifically to actual black blood. It's clearly not colored that way for censorship reasons, as they have no problem with showing Jack's regular red blood. Granted the tropes can sometimes overlap if it is for censorship but it makes sense due to the character not being human. The fact that they show plenty of red blood however indicates that censorship had nothing to do with it.
