Contralto Of Danger has been disambiguated

* ContraltoOfDanger: Subverted. Lucinda has one of the lowest voices out of anyone in the cast, (including the BOYS), but she normally doesn't do any harm. [[spoiler:Played straight after she is affected by a Forever Potion]].

''[=MyStreet=]'' is a ''VideoGame/{{Minecraft}}'' roleplay created by Jessica Bravura and produced by Blujay Studios; it's uploaded on her channel, Aphmau Gaming. It originally started as a spinoff to ''WebVideo/MinecraftDiaries'' but it eventually surpassed it in popularity, making ''[=MyStreet=]'' the main series of the channel.

''[=MyStreet=]'' stars Aphmau as she is moving to a new house with her friends, Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan. Three other friends of theirs also are moving next door, who just so happen to fighting for Aphmau's affection. Aphmau and her friends, who all happen to be residents of Mystreet deal with classic love triangle and everyday shenanigans.

The show has 6 main seasons and 2 mini series prequels, Phoenix Drop High and Falconclaw University. Each season has around 15 to 35 episodes varying from 10 to 40 minutes depending how plot-important the episode is. The seasons each have subtitles that they are referred to by:

!!''[=MyStreet=]'' provides examples of:

* AllTheGoodMenAreGay: In season 2, Sylvana tries to set Aphmau up with a tour guide named Guy, but it's made obvious he's not into women. The same thing happens when Lucinda flirts with Nate, a lifeguard who is revealed to have a date with Guy later that day.
* AlternateIdentityAmnesia: Averted in the case of [[spoiler:Forever Potion victims. They are completely aware of what they are doing, just unable to stop themselves. Naturally, this just makes things all the more traumatic for Zane, Lucinda, and ESPECIALLY Aphmau went they get snapped out of it]].
* AndNowForSomeoneCompletelyDifferent: Aaron gets handed the perspective roll a lot in ''Emerald Secret'' (out of necessity).
* {{Animesque}}: The character designs, archetypes, and storylines generally take a lot from anime and manga-specifically slice-of-life fare.
* BigBad: Michael.
* BittersweetEnding:
** ''Emerald Secret'': [[spoiler:Zane, Aphmau, and Lucinda have all been cured of their Forever Potions, Tatiana has maintained a place in her pack, business at the lodge is booming, Kim and Ghost have come to partial terms with each other (and sharing a body), and Ein is presumed dead. However, Aaron is now in a coma-like state, and he and Aphmau will have to be separated for a year before they are reunited at Starlight Wonderland, and Michi, who participated in Ein's plot, was never found-not to mention the seeds of rumors that the Lycans are Ultima Werewolves, and a hidden after-credits scene with some....disturbing implications]].
** Also, ''Starlight'': [[spoiler:Aaron and Aphmau have been reunited (and are now engaged), Zane and Kawaii~Chan have entered a relationship, and Katelyn and Travis have reconciled their relationship, to an extent. Things are still pretty melancholic, though-Garroth, though stabilized, is still in massive pain from seeing Aaron's Ultima eyes, Ein is alive and well, Travis has been acting peculiar (and stole Lucinda's book, which likely originally belonged to the Snake-Eyed Man Tatiana mentioned), and Zach, Elizabeth, and Micheal are on the loose-and AT STARLIGHT. To top it all of, rumors off the Lycans being Ultima Werewolves have reached the mainland, and a formal investigation has begun-meaning the park is shut down, and nobody can leave. Good Lord]].
** And to top it off, ''When Angels Fall'': [[spoiler:Sure, the BigBad has been defeated and sealed away, the Celestial Cannon was destroyed, the Guardian Forces are trying to work with and understand the Ultimas, and Aphmau and Travis finally acknowledge their relationship as "Not-Alone Buddies" from high school, but nothing else is okay. Aaron's mother and father, as well as Travis' father, all sacrificed themselves to foil Michael's plans. And due to their brief stay as Relics, Aaron, Zane, and Lucinda have all lost something. Lucinda lost her ability to do magic, Zane can't remember any names and resorts to numbers instead, and Aaron lost a majority of his memories, along with his sight. And even though we have a bit of hope from him remembering Aphmau's username from the game they played in high school, it’s immediately overshadowed by TheStinger, which implies that their world will end soon by ordinary phenomena. Is this ending Sweet enough]]?
* ABoyAndHisX : Aaron and his dog, Alexander.
* BrownNote: [[spoiler:An Ultima Werewolf's awakens eyes with turn any human who looks into them into a Werewolf. Their bite will do the same (though it may be seen as more voluntary in that case)]].
* TheBusCameBack:
** Guy and Nate, who were absent for seasons 1 and 4, return in ''Starlight''. (Guy made one appearence in season 3.)
** [[spoiler:Ein makes a surprise return at the end of ''Starlight''. No one was happy about it (In-Universe, at least)]].
* CanonImmigrant:
** The majority of characters in this series are AU versions of characters from Aphmau's other series. (See {{Expy}} below.)
** June, a character from the non-canon mini games, is referenced in an episode of ''Starlight''.
* CasanovaWannabe: Travis. Good lord, Travis.
* CatGirl: Kawaii~Chan, June, and Michi. Meif'was in general are a species of Cat People.
* CerebusSyndrome: Originally a lighthearted SliceOfLife alternative to ''Diaries'', the series got hit with this when ''Emerald Secret'' started.
* CockFight: Garroth and Laurance constantly fight to "win" Aphmau's heart.
* ContinuityOverlap: [[spoiler:A twist during Season 6 is that this series actually shares continuity with MCD. It goes so far as to bring back characters from the original series (not just characters in the setting, the exact characters from then) such as the Demon Warlock (as Michael), Lady Aphmau (as Irene), and Emmalyn (as Ghost)]].
* ContraltoOfDanger: Subverted. Lucinda has one of the lowest voices out of anyone in the cast, (including the BOYS), but she normally doesn't do any harm. [[spoiler:Played straight after she is affected by a Forever Potion]].
* CoveredInScars: [[spoiler:Aaron, after his fight with Ein. Aphmau has been gradually healing them with magic]].
* DarkerAndEdgier:
** ''Emerald Secret'' is the first season to have a serious/dramatic plot. It is also the first season in which [[spoiler:the main characters' lives are constantly put in danger]].
** Given the ending of ''Starlight'' and the hints the creators have released on social media, Season 6 is set to return to this.
* DashedPlotLine: One year passes between the end of ''Emerald Secret'' and the beginning of ''Starlight'', the entirety of which is chronicled in a five-episode miniseries titled ''Aphmau's Year''.
* DisappearedDad: Aphmau's father is this.
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: Season 1 has more first person sequences and FAR less voice acting that subsequent seasons. Justified in that that was the style of Aphmau's roleplays at the time.
* EvilCostumeSwitch: [[spoiler:When she is given a Forever Potion, Aphmau puts on a blue outfit far to skimpy for the cold weather. EvilIsSexy, after all]].
* ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin: Forever Potions, which are potions that last forever.
* {{Expy}}: The majority of characters in this series are AU versions of character's from Aphmau's other series (except for some of the newer characters).
* FantasticRacism: We see werewolves denied entry to a restaurant at one point, and it's implied such policies are widespread.
** It's also implied Meif'was also face some discrimination and stereotyping.
* GuyOnGuyIsHot: A sidestories episode involves Garroth flirting with Laurance and pushing him against the wall in an intimate moment. Katelyn and Aphmau are fascinated by this and even take pictures. The trope also occurs during the Romeo and Juliet play in Season 1, where Garroth and Laurance accidentally kiss and the audience erupts into screams and applause. The rest of the characters seem amused even though both Garroth and Laurance are embarrassed. In Love~Love Paradise, it is revealed that [[spoiler:Dante and Aaron won the tickets by kissing each other in a kissing contest, where GirlOnGirlIsHot is also invoked]].
* HasAType: Every guy Kawaii~Chan has shown interest in has had blue eyes.
** Also, Most of them are voiced by the same actor, [=LucariosClaw=].
* TheHecateSisters: Aphmau and her two housemates in Season 1. Aphmau is the Mother, Kawaii~Chan is the Maiden, and Katelyn is the Crone.
* HellishPupils: [[spoiler:When Aaron activates his Ultima powers, he gains these]].
* HeroicBSOD: [[spoiler:Aaron basically goes into a coma at the end of ''Emerald Secret'', due to a combination of injuries and grief]].
* HeroicSecondWind: Aaron gets this in ''Emerald Secret''.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: Garroth and Laurance live together for the entirety of their adult life and flirt with each other as if they were partners. But their relationship is only PlayedForLaughs and never actually confirmed, though this doesn't stop the fans. The same could be said to a lesser extent about Dante and Travis, as well as Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan.
* InTouchWithHisFeminineSide: Zane is shown having stereotypically "feminine" interests like sweets, a BrandX parody of My Little Pony, wearing princess dresses, and having tea parties. This aspect of him is PlayedForLaughs as the other characters shame him and the audience is supposed to see the irony of his soft, feminine interior and his mean, emo exterior. There are also many instances in the series where male characters jokingly adopt stereotypically feminine mannerisms and dress, whether it be UnplannedCrossdressing or DisguisedInDrag. Again, these are all PlayedForLaughs.
* IronicName: Michi is a minor antagonist in Season 1 and ''Emerald Secret''. One set of Kanji that can spell her name translates to "The Upright Path".
* KnightOfCerebus: [[spoiler:Ein in ''Emerald Secret'' and Michael in ''When Angels Fall'']].
* LighterAndSofter:
** By and large, in comparison to ''Minecraft Diaries'', which the series is based off of. [[spoiler:''Emerald Secret'' full-on averts this, and ''Starlight'' subverts it near the end]].
** [[spoiler:''Starlight'' is much more lighthearted compared to ''Emerald Secret'', at least until the very end]].
* LoveDodecahedron: The first season is this almost every guy fighting for Aphmau. As the series goes the pairings become more clearly set. PlayedForLaughs.
** Well...not completely played for laughs. [[spoiler:It gets played for drama BIG TIME in Falconclaw University]].
* LuminescentBlush: Pretty much every character has this at some point.
* MagicalQueer: Guy, the guide of Love~Love Paradise, "poofs" in and out of places out of nowhere, to the straight female main character's delight.
* MasculineFeminineGayCouple: Guy and Nate are this. Nate is a buff, tanned lifeguard with a deep voice. Meanwhile, Guy is a flamboyant CampGay with somewhat of a stereotypically "gay" voice. The same could be said about the jock Katelyn and her relationship with the more preppy and femme Luka.
* MasculineGirlFeminineBoy: Katelyn is aggressive, loves sports, rarely wears dresses,and is extremely strong [[spoiler:(she even turns out to have literal super strength in season 5)]] and has a romance arc with Travis, who while not overtly feminine has referred to himself as a "pretty boy" on multiple occasions and even cross dressed once. Previously, in high school, Katelyn dated Jeffory, who was an extremely kind and caring guy.
* MeaningfulAppearance: Green eyes become a plot point in ''Emerald Secret'': [[spoiler:those affected by Forever Potions gain green eyes. When they fade to their original color, the affect truly becomes permanent]].
* MeaningfulName: [[spoiler:Kawaii~Chan's real name, revealed to be "Nana" in Season 5, can be literally translated from Japanese into "seven". Whether this was the creator's intention or not, it does give credibility to her story about how her many siblings caused her to desire to stand out]].
* MythologyGag: PLENTY in regards to its original status as a ''Minecraft Diaries'' spin-off.
* NotQuiteDead: [[spoiler:A heroic example. Aaron manages to survive a VERY long fall and a knife wound to the chest with the help of a mysterious woman and sheer willpower]].
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Everyone calls her [[spoiler:Kawaii~Chan]]. Only [[spoiler:Zane]] knows her real name: [[spoiler:Nana]].
* OppositesAttract: If [[spoiler:Zane~Chan in ''Starlight'']] is anything to go by.
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: Aside from wolf ears and tails (which can be hidden anyway), Werewolves are indistinguishable from humans.
* PainfulTransformation: [[spoiler:The transformation into a Werewolf is said to be excruciating. Proven when Aphmau is bitten by Aaron, and when Garroth sees Aaron's awakened eyes. Known symptoms include a burning sensation, and a feeling ones bones are breaking down and reforming]].
* PutOnABus:
** Most of Aphmau's neighbors after season 2, most notably Brendan who is given a ton of money by Mayor Chad then leaves.
** By the time Season 5 rolls around, Laurance and Dante have all but evaporated from the plot.
** Ivy, Teony, and Jenna disappear after ''Love-Love Paradise'' concludes.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Zig-Zagged with Lucinda (she's powerful, but not villainous), and [[spoiler:played straight with Aaron's Ultima eyes]].
* ShipperOnDeck:
** Kawaii~Chan. Sylvanna and Zianna get their portions as well.
** Melissa admits to shipping Aaron/Aphmau.
* ShoutOut: Throughout the show there are MANY references to the ''Final Fantasy'' series, especially ''[=IX=]'', ''[=XI=]'', and ''[=XIV=]''.
* TheStinger: We get [[spoiler:two, in the finales of ''Emerald Secret'' and ''Starlight'']].
** [[spoiler:In ''Emerald Secret'', we see David, Garte, Terrance, and Zach buying the lodge with their kids prescient. Notably, Travis's eyes are not their standard green, but instead grey and snake-like. This helped to start the popular fan theory that Terrance is the snake-eyed man spoken about by Tatiana]].
** [[spoiler:In ''Starlight'', we see Guy checking on some guests that were supposed to be checked out, but are instead gathered at the docks. This leads to the revalation that ''Starlight'' has been shut down, and a formal investigation into the rumors of the Lycan Family's Ultima Werewolf-ness has begun. Given that the rumors are true, some of our main heros are Lycans, and getting off the island-and away from Zach, Elizabeth, and Micheal-is a top priority, this is bad news for everyone]].
* SymbioticPossession: [[spoiler:What the relationship between Kim and Ghost becomes]].
* ThatCameOutWrong: In a season one episode, Zane bluntly tells Aphmau to take off her clothes. When she scolds him for saying something so creepy, he clarifies that he just wanted them to swap outfits.
* ThreeAmigos: Despite only being supporting characters, Daniel, Dottie, and Rylan fit this well in most other aspects. They aren't the only ones either there is Aphmau, Katelyn & Kawaii~chan, Ein, Jax, & Ryder, Jenny, Cathy, & Betty, Garroth, Laurance, & Dante, Ivy, Lillian, & Alex, and Gene, Sasha, & Zenix.
* UnwillinglyGirlyTomboy: In Lover's Lane, Katelyn is momentarily forced to wear a maid dress so that Kawaii~Chan can sew it. She's visibly annoyed and uncomfortable, stating she'd much rather wear the suit.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: Aaron in seasons 1, 2, and 5.
* WalkingSpoiler: [[spoiler:Ein]].
* WhamShot: At the end of the ''Starlight'' episode "The Business of Forever Potions", we see [[spoiler:Ein, still alive and now with emerald-green eyes (a sign of Forever Potion usage) at ''Starlight''. Aaron does not take it well]].
* {{Yandere}}: WordOfGod is that this was Kawaii~Chan's original characterization.
