* Banny's forgetfulness (like her opening the pig cages after Holly told her not to) could potentially be HarsherInHindsight if it turns out that the coworker has been taking memory-loss pills (like Sophie), presumably to eraser her memories of being mistreated by Jack.

[[WMG: There's a connection between the unknown female coworker (from the [=WMGs=] above) and "Bon", but they aren't the same person]]
For example, "Bon" could be the coworker's family member (like her [[KnightTemplarBigBrother brother]] or [[KnightTemplarParent father]]) who's taking their anger out against Jack for mistreating the coworker by deliberately targeting Jack's family and friends. Now whether the coworker herself has a hand in "Bon's" revenge plan is another matter.

If the coworker was really involved in designing the mascots (along with Rosemary) and/or writing their personalities, "Bon" stuffing their victims into animatronics could be because "Bon" knows how special the mascots are to the coworker.

Based on this WMG it's still possible for the ghost at the end of "Spectacle" to be the coworker (not only do they look feminine and have Banny-like hair, but they're also pure white like "Bon" which might imply a connection), which would mean the coworker died at some point somehow, and her death may or may not have been what pushed "Bon" to start killing people.

to:

* It was revealed in a Twitter space that Jack owns a gun and is a really good shooter. Considering how "Bon" appears to have a gunshot wound on their head, maybe Jack was the one who shot them in their head?

* "[=CyberFun=] Tech" revealed that Rosemary was the one who designed the mascots, but if Bon is based on Jack then it's possible she wasn't responsible for writing their personalities (it would make even less sense for her to write Bon as an asshole considering how much she loves Jack) and the unknown coworker was the one in charge of that instead, or at least was the one who wrote Bon and Banny's hostile relationship. Also, Lily has been ruled out as the coworker's name, since it was revealed that Lily's the name of Charles' daughter.

Bonus points if Rose had to ask the coworker to tone down Bon's rudeness because she wasn't comfortable with how the character she designed after her husband was being written (and for that matter the restaurant's main mascot should be more likable). Also, Lily has been ruled out as the coworker's name, since it was revealed that Lily's the name of Charles' daughter.

to:

* Though Jack possessing Bon is a lot less likely after "[=CyberFun=] Tech", that doesn't mean this WMG is "dead on arrival" since Bon the mascot could've still been based on Jack in-universe (like how it's implied Sha was based on Rosemary for example).

* EVA (Bon's VA) has stated that Martin apparently lied (?) about the "Spectacle" ghost being "Bon", but the rest of this WMG (minus any details jossed by "[=CyberFun=] Tech") still stands; then again it might be a case of ExactWords and "Bon" and their true self are counted as different identities).

[[WMG: Jenny Letterson and "Bon" are related]]
Wouldn't it be ironic if Sophie's girlfriend was related to the series' main villain who wants Sophie ''dead'' of all people?

** Everyone else's name being read off Billy's list is dead. She's the last one there and the last alive, meaning she's next. Whether or not they will succeed is another question entirely, but they absolutely will be hunting her down during the series.+

[[WMG: Sophie was meant to be stuffed into Billy]]
She does say in "[=BunnyFarm=]" that she likes the clown the most, so maybe Billy was always her favorite even before she started taking her memory-loss pills, and "Bon" took that into account during their murders (but of course mistook Ashley for Sophie and stuffed the former into Billy instead).

[[WMG: "Bon" used to take memory-loss pills (similar to Sophie's) when they were alive]]
Assuming "Bon" does have memory issues (judging from their hazy appearance and calling themself "Bon" instead of their real name), maybe they used to take those pills just to erase their bad memories, but overdosed on them shortly (?) before their death and the pills' effects carried over to the afterlife. Though if their somewhat clearer face/head in "Spectacle" is any indication, either the memory-loss effects have been naturally wearing off or "Bon" somehow figured out how to regain their memories another way.

[[WMG: "Bon" (as an alive human) was the one who suggested Jack to ask Felix to drive Edd and Molly]]
This is regardless of whether "Bon" knew about Felix's alcoholism or not, and if the former, whether they genuinely wanted Edd, Molly and/or Felix to get hurt, didn't realize Felix would go as far as to drink while taking care of two children, or just suggested a random person without thinking through. Either way, ''if'' Jack was the one who (accidentally?) killed "Bon", this could've contributed to the former lashing out at the latter.

If the above WMG about "Bon" taking memory-loss pills is true, maybe they found out about Felix's alcoholism at some point but forgot about it because of their pills. And after asking around and finding out that "Bon" was told about Felix's alcoholism, Jack could've mistakenly believed "Bon" intentionally suggested him to ask Felix to drive his kids while ''knowing'' about his alcoholism, and assumed "Bon" either wanted Edd and Molly to get hurt or was just an idiot, making Jack's anger at "Bon" even worse.

[[WMG: "Faces of Grief" will show more of BSI's art department]]
Because it's been hinted that this episode will focus more on Rosemary, and she was BSI's lead artist.

[[WMG: Felix died in the car accident and is now walking around in his corpse]]
In Walten Files 4, we see the direct aftermath of the car crash. In the car, the entire back window is covered in blood while Felix is sitting in the front, eyes wide open like someone would see on a corpse. Immediately after this, he manages to dig three giant graves - one for himself, and two for the children. It would be challenging enough for someone sober to dig deep through the dirt, but given that he was both drunk and heavily injured (especially around the head), it seems unlikely that he would be able to do any of that, even on adrenaline. If Felix had died in the crash and possessed his own corpse, it would explain why he was able to any of this without tiring or passing out from the effort.
