King Radical will ultimately succeed in killing of most of his family and then the Good Doctor himself. Doc will then end up in the {{Afterlife}} and have a chat with his old teacher, Ben, before doing what Ben himself once did and resurrect himself by recombining his soul with his clone, Old.

Frost Wizard has been mentioned as one of King Radical's enemies from the Radical Lands. The real one might show up at some point and have an EnemyMine with the doc.

The Dr.'s true name has long been a plot point, it is confirmed that Old still knows it, and he currently works for the Dr.'s ArchEnemy. If the Dr. becomes too much of a thorn in Radical's side, he might reveal it to give the Dr. another problem to deal with in the form of an unsealed ghost wizard.
