In Miles' original stories in the Ultimate universe Jessica Drew was a significant part of Miles story, bringing Miles to S.H.I.E.L.D in the first place, delivering his suit, helping convince Miles to return as Spider Man, and then being a key member of the Young Ultimates alongside Miles. It could therefore be appropriate for her to appear in the game, perhaps in a side mission setting up for a later game. If they go for the OppositeSexClone route of the Jessica that Miles originally interacted with, then she will be masked until the end of her section of the game, at which point she unmasks and Miles sees that she's a clone of Peter.

The audience will see how powerful and experienced Spider-Man is by viewing him from a younger hero’s perspective, similar to Raiden witnessing Snake in ''VideoGame/MetalGearSolid2SonsOfLiberty''.

MJ will get in some kind of trouble while she's covering the civil war there and Peter will drop everything to go help her, leaving the defense of the city in the hands of Miles. Peter will only return (possibly with MJ) in the game's epilogue after Miles has dealt with the game's villains.

Don’t go wild. This is only a standalone game similar to ''VideoGame/UnchartedLostLegacy'' but here are some guesses:

In a twist reminiscent of that seen in ''Metal Gear Solid 2'', the game's opening will have players playing as Peter's Spider-Man again, who's equipped with all the gadgets that the player unlocked while playing the first game as an OldSaveBonus. Then, once the sequence is over, the game will have the player take control of Miles' Spider-Man, who's equipped with only the Web Shooters.
