The portal Superman sent the Controller through took him far into the future, to the End of Time. There he found the Library of Time and learned all he could about the timestream and ways to manipulate it in an attempt to destroy the Legion. He may have caused the "great crisis" that was occasionally mentioned. After all, the Time Trapper was originally a Controller in the comics, until {{retcon}}s and [[ContinuityReboot reboots]] gave him a MultipleChoicePast.

In his debut episode, TW showed the team a picture of his father and he looked rather kind. He has the ability to clone himself as in a season two and from season one, genetic engineering. His clone killed him, took over his life and just grew evil.

Timber Wolf's [[MissingMom mother]] died long before the series began from unspecified circumstances (like in the comics), Dr. Londo never got over his wife's death and he altered their son so he doesn't share a similar fate (if she died as a result of illness/accident) or for revenge (if she was murdered). Though as time went on and his mental state worsened the motivation for experimenting on their son became more skewered before it ended up being a pawn for his army/scientific achievement/hitman for hire or what not.

If handheld cameras are still around in the 31st century, she took the photo of Dr. Londo and Brin, Londo kept the photo with him because it reminded him of a 'simpler' time when they were happy and together as a family or just a reminder of his wife

After becoming organic and Brainiac 1.0's influence gone, his man-crush for Superman is gone with it. The "man-crush" is actually a perverse part of his ancestor passed on to him. What he thought was admiration was actually subconscious analyzing to plan for Superman's downfall. Brainiac 5 also fears being near Superman again will just bring back painful memories.

A few points:
* Drax mentions he was designed to be immmune to kryptonite.
* He hates Superman for something that hasn't happened yet.
* A [[VoiceoftheLegion dual voice]] is heard in Drax's head at one point, reminding him of why the voice's owner designed him.
I'm guessing that in the next season Clark and Kell would have had a falling out (maybe over killing Imperiex or something like that), Kell would have gotten really pissed off, and the Legion would trap him in the Phantom Zone because he's too powerful for a normal jail. After a while in there, he just doesn't look the same anymore at all.

Considering he's a superhero from Earth and he has Robin's spiky black hair, leadership qualities and tendency to date girls with miniskirts...

After his resurrection, the body of Brainiac seems weak. If the series had continued, Brainiac would have hired several villains, to serve as his muscles.

The other members with the highest intelligence are Superboy, Supergirl, Invisible Kid, and Dream Girl. He's been connected with every one of them (Invisible Kid was hinted in the reboot, Dream Girl in the threeboot).

Mon-El's origin is that Franchise/{{Superman}} put him in the PhantomZone because he couldn't cure him in the present. The Legion freed and cured him 1000 years later in the future.

When Superman visits the Legion he gets hypnotized to forget the future, to prevent time paradoxes. He also forgets that Mon-El has been released in the future, so he keeps trying to cure him in the present. The guess is that on some subconscious level he remembers that Mon-El gets released in the future, and this subconscious memory prevents him from creating a permanent cure.

Just curing him today isn't possible since it changes the future. However, the Legion could visit the present, free him, take him 980-990 years into the future, and put him back in the Phantom Zone a few days before the earlier Legion takes him out. He then tells the Legion "honest, I really was in there for 1000 years, and thanks for the cure". That would get rid of most of the imprisonment without changing the Legion's history.

It would require post-hypnotic suggestion for the one or two instances where his remembering 1000 years was relevant to the story (like with Lady Memory).

The reason? ComicBookTime. Earth-Prime is supposed to be our world--and regardless of whether you think it really is, it certainly has comic books published like in our world. This combined with ComicBookTime means that his stories instantly fall out of continuity.

For instance, Adventure Comics #4 has a scene where he's trying to find Adventure Comics #5, which hasn't come out yet. Because of ComicBookTime, that scene happened more recently than it was published--which means it happened ''after Adventure Comics #5 was published''--the story is no longer possible.

Legion of Three Worlds had him being sent to Earth-Prime where his friends and family were afraid of him because they read the comic books showing what he did. Because of ComicBookTime, those comics now showed what he did ''years before he did it''. This not only makes the scene impossible (unless they suddenly went scrambling for back issues ''and'' Superboy-Prime, a Legion fan, neither read Legion of Three Worlds when it came out nor had his friends and family show it to him), it also raises the question of whether he's actually responsible for his own actions, or whether comic book writers cause things to happen to characters in other universes.
* First, this would go to explain Prime's CharacterDerailment in Teen Titans #97-100: despite the attempt of [[RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap redeeming his character]], he's back to his Jerkass InvincibleVillain traits. Perhaps that wasn't Prime himself, but the ''writers'' controlling his actions. It makes perfect sense--we're never told what the Klordny Festival is celebrating, and Miracle Monday is celebrated without any knowledge of why.

When ComicBook/{{Supergirl}} left the Threeboot, she never returned the flight ring. Lightning Saga mentions that Supergirl (Kara) has a flight ring, and one similar enough to Retroboot ring that it can be detected as a Retroboot ring.

''[[ComicBook/Supergirl2005 Supergirl (Volume 5) Annual]]'' #2 has her joining the Legion pretty much according to the Silver Age timeline--before flight rings. Most writers seem to forget that flight rings didn't always exist, but it is taken into account in some modern Paul Levitz stories so it does still seem to be true. Therefore stories which show the Legionnaires always having flight rings are mistakes. If Supergirl had the Threeboot flight ring on her when she was taken to the Retroboot, it would have changed the timeline by showing the Legion flight rings before they had them. Brainiac 5 could then have analyzed the ring and the Legion would have flight rings without having to invent them.

Very simple reasoning: one sent to the past (Phase), one in the present (Apparition), so the other one logically would have gone to the future. If the Reboot ever gets their universe back, except a baby Tinya to be appearing out of nowhere any day now.

The big piece of evidence that it is is that Threeboot Kryptonite is able to harm Superboy of Earth-Prime. However, we previously saw that it was able to harm Supergirl, and she's not from Earth-Prime.
* The Threeboot is a Hypertimeline of New Earth's future.
* That wasn't ''Threeboot Kryptonite'', that was a strain of Element Lad created Kryptonite. He may have just been able to whip up some Earth-Prime Kryptonite. That would leave the issue open with the Legion-fandom as avid readers of seemingly Earth-Prime comic books.
