Psalm was used to assassinate anypony that Golden didn't want on the list after the bombs fell, though she ultimately failed when she was dragged into Unity. What I'm still baffled by is why Trottenheimer needed to be involved. The Project Horizons lab had already been clear by the time Horse and Luna got to it, but why would Goldenblood need Trottenheimer?
