* Morgana Macawber (or at least the actress who played her on the Darkwing Duck show) - Starling's Ex-Wife and magic user on par with Magica De Spell.

* Poe De Spell - They could use some sorcerers to help even the playing field, also maybe he's more pragmatic and focused than his theatrical and obsessively vengeful sister.

Since [[spoiler: Black Heron]] is still alive and the vial of gummiberry juice hasn't appeared since, it will become relevant in episodes involving her. Becauses macguffins like that are only mentioned when they're relevant to sequel episodes.

* Confirmed. [[spoiler: She's an opposite-sex clone of Scrooge, and Beakley rescued her from the lab where F.O.W.L. made her.]]

The regular antagonists have mostly been pushed to the sidelines with F.O.W.L.'s emergence. The organization's goal to take over the world will have as much an impact on them as it would on the good guys. Also it's worth noting that one of its members, The Phantom Blot, is an enemy of one of the main villains, Magica De Spell.

We're going to have Daisy's nieces showing up, but interestingly, we only have voices for May and June. Why not April? Well, there's an interesting theory: [[spoiler: April is actually Webby. Here we go into InsaneTrollLogic territory here! The theory starts with the last bit in "The Lost Harp of Mervana" with Beakley telling Webby there's no more secrets between them and the harp replies "FIBBING! FIBBING! FIBBING!" Now, here goes the Troll Logic. In the Dutch translated comics, April, May and June are known as Lizzy, Juultje and Babetje. In the Dutch dub of the 1987 ''[=DuckTales=]'' series,, Webby was known as "Lizzy". Seeing as the creators of the series have done massive deep dives in lore (Della's fate on the Moon came from the Dutch comics), they might have went with this route!]]

The Phantom Blot, due to his history with Magica, would most likely have planned this, figuring that Poe would make a much better pawn than Lena to hurt Magica emotionally.

'''B)''' The Phantom Blot ''is'' Poe De Spell - [[spoiler: with Magica unable to turn him back, he left to find a way himself, ultimately stripping him of his magic and possibly deforming him, leaving him with a hatred of magic and bitterness towards his sister for her betrayal]].

[[spoiler: After the two sorcerer siblings reunite and reconcile, they help take down F.O.W.L. alongside the [=McDuck=] clan. Afterwards, however, they pull a HeelFaceRevolvingDoor and try to destroy the heroes on their own, only for Lena to trap them ''both'' in Scrooge's number one dime]]. Or. [[spoiler:Poe's time as a raven eventually made him consider how unfair it was to turn innocent villagers into animals. He will pull a full HeelFaceTurn that sticks, but Magica, overly consumed with hatred for Scrooge, might not be so open-minded.]]

They don't want to reunite brother and sister for the reunion's sake (i.e. not because they have any warm feelings towards either of the dark wizards), but because they want to use the de Spell's shared transformation ability to reverse the transformation of someone else:

* '''Everyone they ever turned into animals''': Someone will take an obscenely powerful magical artifact, strap the de Spell siblings to it and make them activate the reversal spell that will turn everyone back so as not having to find the person or persons they want back, as they think that the person will contact them after they got their wits back.

The end of ''The Secret Harp of Mervana'' has the harp sing her CatchPhrase of "fibbing fibbing fibbing!" whenever someone lies after Beakley tells Webby she has no more secrets from here on out, one of which may be what really really happened to her parents if she told her something different.

Both Webby and Gosalyn will be characterized as a young but capable [[ActionGirl Action Girls]] who can hold their ground in a fight, have less-than-stellar social skills, and were raised by one of her grandparents in the absence of their parents. But whereas Webby is a [[GenkiGirl cheerful]], [[NiceGirl friendly]], TomboyWithAGirlyStreak who utilizes martial arts techniques taught to her by her grandmother and has poor people skills due to growing up in Scrooge's manor without any friends, Gosalyn will be portrayed as an [[GrumpyBear irritable]], [[TheCynic pessimistic]], and straight-up {{Tomboy}} and self-taught CombatPragmatist whose unsociable tendencies are a consequence of her upbringing in [[WretchedHive St. Canard]], which has made her jaded and untrusting towards others she thinks will only become friends with her to exploit her. If Gosalyn adopts her Quiverwing Quack persona, she could further contrast Webby by being a MultiRangedMaster who's most comfortable fighting at a distance while Webby could be seen as more of a MultiMeleeMaster or BareFistedMonk.

* Jossed. Butterbear and Rhinokey are the only two Wuzzles that appear (though Bumblelion appears as a carving on the Stone of What Was). Also, Crocosaurus's existence is questionable, since it's unlikely there are non-avian dinosaurs still alive for the stone's power.
