Rachel is most likely the descendant of [[{{Tsukihime}} Arcueid Brunestud and Tohno Shiki]] - she can remember the previous timelines either due to her inheriting the Pure Eyes of the Nanaya clan, which allow the owner to see things which normally cannot be seen, or by sequestering herself in a Reality Marble/Marble Phantasm.

Saya is likely a descendant of [[FateStayNight Sakura]] or [[MeltyBlood Sion]] (see WMG further up the page).

"The Boundary" is the same thing as the "Akasha", Root or Origin desired by all magi. Arakune somehow managed to tap into the remains of [[FateStayNight the Holy Grail]] in an attempt to access it, but it backfired horribly. Somehow, Litchi also gained access to the Kaleidoscope magic.

The Murakamo units were attempts at recreating the Black Barrel, a weapon which is capable of killing Types. Noel had an affinity for Bolverk because its form was similar to that of the Black Barrel. Saya is possibly a descendant of [[MeltyBlood Sion]], who possessed a poor-quality imitation of it. Alternatively they are the successors of the Einzbern homunculi, intended as vessels for a new Holy Grail.
