Added DiffLines:

* ActionizedSequel: The first game mainly takes place in rural areas, and is more akin to a Rareware game. The second game, meanwhile, immediately drops you into a warzone with lasers, fires, and mech suits, and only gets more sci-fi from there. and the third game? Well, does DarkerAndEdgier sum it up?

* LostForever: In TY 3, some levels (mostly boss levels) are inaccessable after you leave them for the last plot-related reason. GuideDangIt!

* [[ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything]]: Pretty much everyone except TY, though your [[UnfortunateNames Bush Rescue]] teammembers will lend an occasional hand in the second and third games. Exceptionally glaring when the ''head of police'' comments there's a spy in town... who'll never be caught if you '''personally''' don't get rid of him. Also, there's '''yet another''' in the town ''alone''. Don't even get started at the number spread throughout the world map and [[GameLevel levels]].

** You have to escort Dennis home in the first game, and then through TheLostWorld in the second. He also shows up in the third, but at least by then he's carrying a ''bazooka'' to defend himself with.

* AmbiguouslyGay:
** Dennis the cheapskate and the "green tree frog". He delivers some FlamboyantGay mannerisms and tasks Ty with finding a thunder egg that was colored pink, although the reason for this can be interpreted as that Dennis had a thunder egg collection that he was seeking to complete and apparently did not have a pink one to complete it.
** Dennis' nephew also shows some of the traits his uncle has

* FlamboyantGay: Dennis the cheapskate, I mean ''green tree frog''. It's not stated, but he seems a safe bet. The same goes for his nephew...
** Hinted at further when you retrieve a Thunder Egg in the third game. So far, they've all been color coded: red for fire, blue for ice, green for... electricity, and several gold ones were used as medals. The ones Dennis tasks you with finding? ''Pink''.
