* BrotherSisterIncest: The second question of the Science Quiz asks which of the four combinations makes a big mess. One of the answers is “You + Your Sister”, implying this or TwinCest.

* AndIMustScream: The Ugly Ending implies that [[spoiler: Randy traps the souls of players who fail the games to badly in the computer with him to act as his minions.]]

** '''Good Ending''': [[spoiler: You successfully fend off Randigo, but he is determined to get what he came for, namely: Your flesh. He dumps a bucket of lava(?) on you, melting away half of your skin. Somehow you survive the procedure (though you become horribly mutilated in the process) and live on to teach another Computer class.]]
** '''Bad Ending:''' [[spoiler: You fail to deter Randigo. Randigo rejoices as he transfers your soul into the computer and presumably eats your flesh. A message pops up, informing you that it's never safe to turn off your computer.]]

Randy appears on your screen and expresses amazement at just how badly you screwed up and adding that he almost feels sorry for what's about to happen. ** The MultipleEndings: the Good, Bad, and Ugly endings- are named such as a reference to ''Film/TheGoodTheBadAndTheUgly''.

* CriticalResearchFailure: [[invoked]] In-universe; Question 7 of the Science Quiz asks “what proton makes this sound”, and ''then'' gives you the names of three ''elements'' as answer choices. The actual correct answer (“They make no sound”) is marked as wrong.

* OminousVisualGlitch:
** The game has quite a bit of them. At one point in the painting minigame, Randy’s face will briefly become a swirl.
** Randy Learns Zoology has the character glitch a couple times before ending with them trying to begin question 4, only to get stuck on the word four and the screen to turn yellow and glitch out before turning into the infamous Blue Screen Of Death.

* BlahBlahBlah: At the end of Randy Learns Zoology, the Blue Screen of Death message starts with the normal Windows message before revolving into this.
