In game 2 he follows Olga around, trying to woo her and taking almost any chance to gawk at her if she might be naked behind closed doors.

He retaliates though mental abuse, physical violence, and if that wasn't enough, plants cameras in his victim's home to film it all. Not enough? Woody THEN follows Rottweiler around the world to torment him further.
** Although Rottweiler never, ever seems to learn, wise up or change despite the torment. He remains his usual jerkass self, even towards children and animals, so he no doubt asks for the constant torment.

* StealthBasedGame: So ''very'' naturally. Woody has to set traps around the house without being spotted by anything else except the cameras since he's, technically, trespassing his neighbor's home without his awareness of that or permission. Possible options of not getting seen include sneaking on tiptoes, hiding under the bed, hiding in the wardrobe and last, but definitely not the least, simply maneuvring through the rooms.

* VideoGameCrueltyPotential: While the point of the game is to pull harsh, painful pranks, most levels do not require that every prank be pulled to complete and move on. Pulling all pranks is often optional.

* ShoddyKnockoffProduct: A game publisher from Russia, ''Russobit-M'', not only got the license to localise and sell the series in their home market, but they have also came up with their very own InNameOnly sequels or, if you prefer, a clone series named ''Pranksterz''. Unsurprisingly, the said home market's reception to these games (as well as everyone else who came across them) was... [[{{Understatement}} Chilly, to say the least.]]

* PunBasedName: Don't the names ''Jo''e and ''Wood''y remind you of anything?

* AdaptationExpansion - The console ports include slightly different missions compared to those you'd most likely see on the PC, plus the console-exclusive ones where you get to see Rottweiler's mother visiting her darling son's house. Not to mention that even the trailer for those reveals the neighbor's family name.
* ArtisticLicenseGeography - Practically nothing in the second game really resembles where it's supposed to be set.

Getting spotted will result in a severe beating and level failure. Some rooms with Rottweiler's pet animals require the player to sneak quietly at a slower pace or the animal may wake up and yell out, alerting Rottweiler. Game 2 uses the same setup but gives the player three lives per level, allowing him to be spotted twice without failure. Of course, now he has to worry about being spotted by the neighbor AND his mother.
