** An example involving {{Sequence Break}}ing. If the player manages to find the Morph Ball Bombs before fighting Kraid in Cataris, there's a Morph Ball Launcher hidden in his arena when his second phase starts. If used, it will launch Samus right into his weak point, where players can bomb his belly and defeat Kraid easily, essentially skipping his second phase.
** Another example involving Kraid, if the player managed to sequence break and obtain Flash Shift early, then go back to fight him, a special animation occurs. If the Flash Shift is used to teleport into Kraid's mouth while his eyes are glowing during the second phase, this allows the player an opportunity to fire missiles directly into the boss' jaw.
