A remake for the PSVita was later released, titled Hyperdimension Neptunia [=Re;Birth2=] SISTERS GENERATION (Chō Ji Jigen Game Neptune [=Re;Birth2=] SISTERS GENERATION). Akin to the earlier remake game for the PS Vita, VideoGame/HyperdimensionNeptuniaReBirth1, this game also utilises the battle system from Victory in addition to Re;Birth1s "remake system", which unlocks special modifications to the game. The remake features an improved framerate compared to the performance of the original [=PS3=] game, in addition to reworked voice acting, music and visuals.

* Fanservice: Wouldn't be Neptunia game without it.

* JigglePhysics: Vert and Compa, mainly.

* PantyFighter: Aside from a couple exceptions, every girl plays this trope straight.
* PantyShot: All over the place.

* SillinessSwitch: Several of the plans, like Brow Mania, which makes the characters' eyebrows show through their hair to match the character art.

* WakeUpCallBoss: and with some ridiculous stats to boot. Going in below level 16 makes the fight nearly impossible and level 23 and up is recommended for an even fight. It doesn't help that RED and Compa's defensive stats are quite low at this point in game.

* AffablyEvil: The "more chivalrous than evil" CFW Brave. He is described as such, and offered to let Nepgear and Uni free before attacking when he found them in Endless Zone.

* AlternateUniverse: Honestly, just about everything has changed outside of the central premise. Even the world's structure and how the main characters met!
* AwesomeButImpractical: Superior Angels. What it does is that it hits all enemies for 9999 for 15 times. The downside? You need all four CPU Candidates at 100 AP and have at least 100 SP. The SP gaining isn't that bad, but in a game where later enemies do a OneHitKill on you, AP gaining isn't easy as it seems.
** The [=CPUs=]' DLC CombinationAttack Guardian Force also falls for this. It's arguably stronger and has a wider range but costs more SP; basically it's more awesome but also more impractical to use.
** Just even using HDD form is already impractical to use in this series thanks to the constant SP drain.
** Neither of these are an issue in the remake.

Delphinus]].

* CurbStompBattle: CFW Magic delivers it to the four goddesses at the start of the game.
** The actual fight with will end this way for either you or him. He is powerful enough to wipe out most of your team in a single turn, but just before the fight, Nepgear gets an extremely powerful new processor set and a GameBreaker skill called Celestial Severance. Your CPU Candidates also receive the Superior Angels skill shortly before entering the area, another ridiculously powerful skill. And to top it all off, everyone in your party begins the fight with a full 300 SP. So the fight is pretty much a race to see who will utterly annihilate the other first.
