* TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: "Babs Sneed" is the only DLC song to not be based on a fan-work, instead being based on an actual episode from "Friendship is Magic". It's also the only song to not originally be composed by bbpanzu, instead being a CoverVersion of "Sneed", which was composed by Nimbus Cumulus.

Pinkie is the center opponent of the Story Mode (At least until Discord's arrival), Twilight is a supporting character in the cutscenes, Rarity and Applejack get their own songs in "Kush" and "Guerrilla Gal" respectively, but Spike is only briefly present in 2 cutscenes, the second being exclusive to [[spoiler: the "True Ending"]], Rainbow Dash appears in the post-"Discord" cutscene and for a brief moment in "Smile HD", while Fluttershy only appears in the post-"Discord" cutscene.

** Pinkie Pie, true to her canon counterpart, extends the hoof of friendship to Boyfriend and Girlfriend without hesitation and sings with the former as a means of welcoming him to Ponyville. She [[SubvertedTrope subverts]] this in "Smile HD" and "Cupcakes" however, as in those song she's based on her counterparts from the respective animation and fanfic of the same names, who were murderous, omnicidal psychopaths.

* BreakingTheFourthWall: In the normal cutscene before "Fun", Girlfriend brings up "[[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirls Equestria Girls]]" as a time Twilight has been a human, which prompts Pinkie to explain that the week's story is taking place in a Season 1 rerun, so Equestria Girls hasn't happened yet. Girlfriend then mentions Tirek, Sunset Shimmer, Chrysalis and Starlight Glimmer, and Pinkie responds that she doesn't know any of them, once again due to the fact that none of them appear in Season 1, though once Girlfriends meantions Starlight, the player is given a humorous pop-up that simply says "Null reference".

* GoldenEnding: PlayedForLaughs if you beat the Story Mode in Pony form: Twilight [[spoiler: writes her final letter to Princess Celestia, saying that today she learned of the magic of Funkin', and has chosen to resign as Celestia's student and instead pursue an apprenticeship under DJ [=Pon3=]. Celestia can only react to the letter in complete shock]].
