Once all of the Balverines are defeated, she reappears as a White Balverine and attacks the Hero, who eventually kills her. You can just beat the crap out of her upon meeting her, you'll get some evil points, but two lines of extra dialogue.

The story begins on a cold evening in Bowerstone.
