* Maho from ''Manga/WanderingSon'' is one of these, mainly towards her younger brother (well, [[{{transsexual}} sister]]). She was introduced as a normal, if someone mean-spirited and bratty, sibling but got increasingly more tsundere and aggessive with time. Still for all their tussles she does love Shuu.

** Sakura Haruno in Part 1 is tsun-tsun towards Naruto, the anime (of both Part 1 and ''Shippuuden'') tend to [[Flanderization exaggerate]] this, but she softens this trait in the manga of Part 2. Still, at one point Naruto's father, Minato, says that her personality reminds him of his wife, Kushina.

*** Naruto and Hinata's eldest son, Boruto Uzumaki, is this towards his father, due to his resentment for the lack of attention his father gives to him and his family [[WhenYouComingHomeDad because of his duties as Hokage]], but he deeply loves his father and pretends to begrudgingly accept his invitation to eat ramen with him, and on another ocasion after learning that his father is coming home for dinner Boruto acts all tough and uncaring, while his mother and younger sister, Himawari, [[FunnyBackgroundEvent share a knowing smile in the background]].
*** Sasuke and Sakura's daughter, Sarada Uchiha, is this towards Boruto, she easily gets annoyed by him, and they are shown constantly bickering. But at the same time it's shown that she actually enjoys teasing him and keeping him in check, further situations strongly imply that she actually has a crush on him.

** By the end of Part 1 and throughout Part 2, Sakura Haruno towards Naruto, as mentioned above, after being very harsh with him she mellowed out with a bit of CharacterDevelopment and became more gentle with him. She worried for his safety and cared for him deeply [[JustFriends as a friend]] [[TrueCompanions and teammate]]; but still had a short temper triggered by Naruto when was stupid, accidentally rude, perverted, or reckless.
