I'm currently in college, second year (going for a B.A. in Psychology with plans to pursue a Masters at some point.) I used to be a die-hard art kid with dreams of working in the animation industry - then it hit me that I didn't have $100,000 to get me through one of the art schools that can actually get someone a decent job. Also, I was a stubborn lil' shit who hated painting things I didn't like. Fuck naked people and fruit bowls, I wanna paint ''dragons.'' But dragons don't get you scholarships, so ... yeah. No money + no portfolio = no chance of making it as an artist.

Anyway, with that pipe dream thoroughly dead and buried, I'm now looking at a career in counselling. One perk of being an introverted weirdo is that you get really good at listening to people. If that skill can save me from a life of customer service and menial labor jobs, then I might as well use it.


In all honesty, I don't really do much around here. I edit the occasional article, float around the forums... But otherwise, I just kind of observe.

I thought these profile pages were wiped after TVTropes updated their layout way back in the day, but since they're apparently still here, the least I can do is dust mine off and update it.

A little about me: I'm a huge nerd. Especially about animation. I'm not picky about the medium; CGI, stop-motion, hand-drawn, it's all good with me, as long as it's done well. I've seen a good variety of stuff, from the old Mickey Mouse cartoons to the newer stuff from Cartoon Network, and I'm continually fascinated by it. I'm hoping to one day strive for a job in the animation business, and I'm willing to do just about anything to get there.

I'm also a political activist. I try to stay informed about the issues and the state of America, and I frequently try and spread awareness about unjust laws and issues, even though I can't really do much on my own. I am a firm believer in justice, equality, and people's rights. If I was older, I would probably be participating in the 99% rallies and Occupy Wall Street movements, but seeing as how I'm only fifteen... Well, I can't exactly ride my bike there. So I do what I can on my own, even though it's not much.

A little about me: I'm a huge animation buff, whether it be older than heck [[GoldenAgeofAnimation Disney Animated Shorts]] or [[CartoonNetwork Cartoon Network's]] [[AdventureTime newer]] [[RegularShow shows]] , and I'm aspiring to become an animator myself one day.

In all honesty, I don't really do much around here. I edit the occasional article now and then if I feel I have something to add, but ohterwise I'm mostly just a floater. Though I also contribute to the WMG pages quite a lot.
