Now we learn more about Grey in the short story, "Monsters". Grey is a SerialKillerKiller in the style of Dexter, having decided that since he was born a skinwalker monster, he would prey on other monsters. Anyway Harry's ArchEnemy Nicodemus Acherlone has made a deal with Queen Mab (more will come on that on a later date and a different ep) to team up in order to rob the underworld Vault (or so he thinks. In reality shes backstabbing him as punishment for the grevious things he did to her and Macrone a few books back). So they assemble a team with Dresden picking members and Nick picking his: Nick gets Grey. Introduced a calm, dapper gentleman who wears his confidence on his sleeves, Grey is able to trade quips with even Harry himself.

Anyway they set off to prepare for the heist, they need funds so plan to rob Harvey Morrison, a finfical adviser in Chicago. Grey was planning to simply kill him and then use his DNA to shapeshift into him for the heist but Harry insisted they didnt kill anyone. Grey agrees to it becuase as he says he has no problem with killing for professional reasons but no need to do it when ding it would be stupid. So him, Harry and Nick's daughter/lover head off to instead kidnap him. Anyway they run into Nick's ex-wife and psychopath Tessa (she's the actual mastermind behind the Cambodian and Rwandan genocide btw...) who Grey distracts by shapeshifting into Nick while Harry saves Harvey. Tessa sends her ghouls after them and just when it seems harry and harvey are surrounded, grey in an act of quick thinking, swicthes with Harvey in the fog so that the ghouls go for Harry first rather then what seems like a wimpering Harvey...only for said Harvey to reveal himself as Grey and rip them to pieces. Grey had knocked out Harvey and dumped him in the back, unfortunately Tessa killed him but Grey just shrugs it off. So they change the tactis, one of the advantages of not killing Harvey was so no one rrealise hes gone missing and alert people to the heist. So grey instead volunteers to impersonate him for the weekend as he tells Harry, hes just that good.





Anyway Selina helps convince Ivy to work on this before trying to fufill her plan for Harley. So she lets herself get captured, Gotham sends its most uh famous and dangerous villains to Arkham which is where shes heading thanks to all the coverage and where joker is. Anyway Nyssa comes into her cell to try and kill her, only for her to spring her ace. Releasing joker and his gang who shes offered the immortality syndrome too in return for helping her. Joker and crew defeat Nyssa and gang and selina heads off to save her sister whose in the hospital, gaurded by her old gang the leopards.

Meanwhile Lucius has to deal with joker whose unleashed chaos on the city but got help with selina, while he was going to her location she gave a tip of where he was and they apprehend him. Harley in a rage comes to the hospital and tries to kill selina but with selina attemtping to get through to her that she can be better without him, she doesnt listen to her and tries to kill her but is stpped by Ivy who poisons her and leaves her to be taken in by the cops.

Anyway lucius, selina and ivy now race to the lazarus pit in order to bring her sister Maggie their with Selina bleeding to death in the meantime, their is only one shot since ivy's formula is still experimental so Selina sacrfices herself for her sister as the other two cover he back by battling assassins like onyx and cheshire who are guarding it. After shes dead, Maggie demands they try to bring her back and they use the formula to revive her.

Anyway Lucius makes a deal with her that as the new gotham lady of crime since shes more or less in charge if she helps him take on the underworld, he'll let her go. Turns out all the stuff she stole was sold to either pay for her sister's medical bills or given to children's hospitals. Anyway the book ends with Ivy and Selina heading off for a new heist job.

A Part of his soul had been transferred, allowing him to exist after his hanging.

Now Wellebourne began to bodyjack the emperor. Now that he was emperor, he no longer cared about his people of Lunar Island or freedmon and instead become corrupt intending to live forever as emperor. Bodyjacking various emperors and empresses over the next century, he began a campaign of mass taxation and tyrant. When he got bored, he would start wars for fun in order to increase the empire. Sometimes bodyjacking even the child emperor, overwritting their personality with his.

Now a century has past and rebellion is brewing in Lunar Island, the people live in squalor and want to be free. Still Wellebourne is now experiencing problems...his soul is starting to fade and hes beginning to die for real. So he decides to kill two birds with one stone as they will. Wellebourne unleashes a plague to murder thousands. A plague that causes flesh to decay. This plague causes : A mother to give birth to a baby that thanks to the plague is a rotting corpse, children dying in large numbers, families ripped to pieces. In the meantime, Wellebourne uses it to cull the poor of the city as well as members of the ruling council of lunar island who would want independence, thosuands die and thousands more require the amputations of limbs in order to survive.

Anyway Wellebourne has contacted an idealistic governor in order to help him carry it out and asked her to add magical iron rings to the mass graves, she belives that they will gain independence but Wellebourne uses these rings to trap the souls of his victims intending to consume their souls in order to replenish himself. She instead tries to kill him in order to get independence but is instead taken down by Nebra who kills her to stop the plague (or so she thinks).

Anyway the police find out and arrest her with her sister taken away. While in prison, she meets Talia al ghul who offers to let her join the league of assasisn and provide her sister with a good adoptive home if she could prove herself by getting out of her cuffs which she does using a paperclip from the photos that Talia was showing her.

Anyway for two years, Selina excels under brutal training from the league and Nyssa Al Ghul, outsmarting her competition, killing her targets, eventually rising to the top as an al ghul (top assassin). Now in one of her assignments, she was sent to murder an innocent scientist dude who Nyssa had enslaved, he begged her to make sure his research into creating a lazarus pit formula which could be used over and over agin rather then the currents which just are only able to be used once, he didnt want her to get her hands on it as she knew she'd sell it to some of the worst. Anyway after killing him and knowing this could be used to save her sister, Selina asks to use it save Maggie before getting shot down by Nyssa who laughed it off to her face. So Selina has all knowledge of it on Talia and Nyssa's computers destroyed before heading off with what she stole to Gotham city.

Gotham has 2 things: Poison Ivy (a brilliant biochemist and ecoterrorist who could help her recreate it) and Ivy's best friend/occssioanl lover Harley Quinn who will give her a way to Allie with joker where in return for his army for her next plan, she'll give him the immortality serum (she's not going too but yeah).

So beginning a crime wave by expertly targeting several of the rich socialites, Selina has the bat signal destroyed so that they wont be able to summon any batheroes to help immediately. Anyway Selina plans to recruite Ivy well "running" into her in one of these heists. Their surprised by Lucius Fox aka Batwing (Who is in charge of protecting the city since Gordon now has to call him directly and Bruce is busy with stuff out of city) who selina defeats and uploads a video of his defeat and her escape to the internet. Panicking as this will now spur the city's underworld into rebelling, he becomes dtermined to beat her.

Anyway convining Ivy to get Harley on their side by saying that she'll help her free joker if she helps, tne two begin an elaborate crime spree to put themselves at the top of the criminial underworld, at their height with help from relased joker goons, Selina defeats and claws Carmine Falcone taking over as head. All while sending videos and pictures of their exploits to raise their attention. Sometimes a breakout of zoo animals, sometimes a robbery of socilaties, making sure to keep it random but big in order to keep the cops and batwing busy.

Anyway in her normal disguise as Holly Vaughters, she begins a relationship with lucius and two begin to bond. Now Lucuius lays the next trap at his parents house, well their Selina is ambushed by one of the league of assasins Tigris who has been sent to get rid of her, the two fight and Selina breaks her spine with batwing convincing her to not kill her. Anyway she does so but tigris goes for the sucide pill, Lucius makes a deal with her to let her go now if they take the body out of his parent's house since that will attract unwanted attention from the league to them, beofre the leave her, Selina gives her the [[DueToTheDead league's last rites]].

Secret histories follows Shaman Bond, aka Edwin "Eddie" Drood, black sheep of an ancient, superpowerful family (the Droods) that protects humanity from its nightmares. The books are a take-off of Ian Fleming's James Bond books with a supernatural element to them. I call Shaman , the anti-James Bond becuase despite starting off as an expy of him, he really changed. Hes totally faitfull to his girlfriend Molly Metclaf (The two stared off as enemies too due to her being part of a free magic terrorist group while him being an uptight law and order type) and is with her throughout the entire series from book one as a loving couple (Barring one time before he met her where he slept with a sex andorid in the prologue), despises killing unless its required (Granted hes still killed a crapton of evil people) and has both parents alive too.

Anyway thosuands of years in what was Britain, an interdimensional criminial which lived of cuasing chaos and destruction to every dimension it went to crash landed. Known as The heart, one normal man went to it and asked to be made immortal with his family. This amused the heart and since it was bored. It agreed with him allowing him to pass off immortailty to his kids, they can be killed though it takes extreme effort. They then passed it down to there kids and so on though it wasnt as strong as the original. Over the centuries, the family under him would stoke conflicts thoughout history and infiltarted the droods, sabtoging critical missions and giving powerful and dangerous artifects to madmen like Truman of Manifest Destiny.


Anyway Methuselah wants to after centruies gain the ultimate prize, entry into heaven. Since hes a wicked monster, he knows that cant happen naturally, so plans to invade and conquer it himself. He hires Delrium and the rogue Drood Tiger Tim and helps fund the creation of the awful acceleration drug. The drug gives its user superstrength but at the cost of there mind turning them into a killing machine whose body just gives or they turn on each other in rage. The process is agonzing. Which literally destroys there mind and will kill them, they lay a murderous siege on Drood Manor wich kills over two hundred people without telling the thousnads of soliders what it will do to them.

Anyway after Shaman's girlfriend is "killed", shes fine she just teleported, he swears payback on immortals and goes with the bride of frankenstein and springehll jack (Did we tell you this series is like an UrbanFantasy series on crack yet) and attacks castle frankenstein. In the land around the castle, the immortals had massacred all of the superntural inhabitants. Methusleh and his immortals enslsaved the kobold species, turning them into slaves which threathens there extiicntion.

Anyway he reveals his plan, after cutting off the hand of an angel who died in the Nightside during the angel war where the angels of hell fought the angels of heaven over the unholy Grail (Long story). He created a hand of destiny which gives divine power, with it he'll be able to change the apoclypse door and change it from a door to hell, to a door to heaven. There hes gonna outright massacre his way across heaven to make himself king.

Anyway upon seeing Shaman, he leaves his people to die and goes to Tim and Delrium. Tim is probably worth an ep of his own which Ill hand over to lighty (Hes possibly doing Adrian Drood, the OverarchingVillain of the first few books who gave Tim information). Anyway Molly saves Shaman and they face off and kill most of the immortals for payaback for what there crimes casuing the rest to scatter.

Anyway Methselh heads of to Area 52 where Tim and Deelerium are. The three are bickering with each other with each having there own plan. Shaman and Tim engage with there Drood torc armour (power ranger like armour that there able to summon around them that gives them superpowers) with Shaman killing him. Molly "loses" the hand of glory with Methusleh having a knife on her throat and using her as leverage and opens the door,....only to get inincerated by the light of heaven and sent to hell for his crimes due to the fact that the light is fatal to mortals. Lol.

Nah being powered up by the heart doesnt affect your agency. The Droods were able to use it without turning evil. We also see his other immortals are capable of redeeming qualities so he is just a monster.

Has lead an empire thats fostered wars for thousnads of years, funded the creation of a drug that drives it users insane, equipped lunatics like Truman and Tim with havoc weapons, ensalved and nearly led to an entire species nearly going exteinct. Plus tried to vonquer heaven even if it woudlnt have worked....still attempt was there. Plus abandoning his family to die. One of the all time worst in nightside and secret histories as well as one with the most amount of resources too barring Lilith and Merlin. Only rub is that he lacks the persoanl villany of some of the other monsters like Crow Lee and Tim but in terms of sheer scale and bodycount I give it to him easily.

He racks his claws over her upon her request to throw the police off but makes sure she's okay first and even keeps watch over her after that to ensure she's okay. Kinda sad as an evil man sized rabbit cm would have been something.

* Hide and seek: A lose mix of final destination and the crow. A girl is murdered by her abusive stepfather and is given a day in order to outrun death to get her life back. She takes a third option by killing her stepfather and using his soul as a replamt returning to life. Awesome story but step dad isn't heinous enough.

* Verus chorus verus. : Based on songs by Nirvana. It involved a teen idol being sent to an insane asylum where She gets her mind eaten and then does the Same to her mother who sent here here.

* The flicker the finger the best the sigh: Based on i know what you did last summer. 4 kids accidentally kill someone and suffer the consequences.

* sleepless: Based on psycho. A serial killer who stalks girls using internet chat rooms. He also talks to his mother's corpse and is genuinely crazy. When he picks up one of his victims. Anyway after kindapping Tony, the two talk (In this contuity despite Iron man being active for years. Hes enver meet Mandarin just heard about him). Anyway Mandarin in order to keep control and fear in the hearts and minds of his troops runs a gauntelet on his island. The prisoner is relased and Mandarin kills them and brings back there head. Manadarin though usually posions the person whose taking part due to the water he gives them in order to give them an adavnatge (Dude likes for people to think hes "honourable"). Anyway Tony relaises that water is laced and deliberlty doesnt use it, giving him an adavatge. The two fight with Mandarin having had the entire thing filmed. After he kills Tony, he plans to relase the footage and crown himself as the man who killed the guy behind the Dublin bombing (The thing that He plans to frame Tony for). The attention hed recieve as a "hero".

Anyway was feeling in a ghost mood. So checked out a few. This one had a a keeper.

Anyway during a preety cool fight with them going hand to hand, Yony beats him. He calls his minions to get Tony so Tony takes this opporutinty to skidaddle. Mandarian and two mooks chase him to a cliff and to there suprise Tony jumps off it. They leave thinking hes committed suicide. Instead Tony had a piece of tech thats attahed to his ear that they misssed which he uses to call one of his suits to save him. Anyway Mandarin orders that sasorie be killed of since shes escaped. This horrfies one of his minons since shed need to kill a kid but relaultnly goes along with it since she knows failing him ends badly. He once had a person who served chi tea rather then hibuscus tea strangled to death. PLus minions who fail him are given the test. He has then clenced in his vice like grip and forces them to chose one of his rinsg. He then opens it and unleashes whatever it does on them. Antimatter, fire, ice beam, electrical shock .... Still Sasorie gets away and the mook instead covers her tracks by prentdning that shed killed her.


Anyway Iron man in the meantime goes to intercept the pyromaniac asshole that Manadarin sent to kill the crowd and ministers. The two duel and Tony beats and subdues him. Mandarin hearing of this failure tries hsi conitegncey plan (As he says its called a contigencey plan. Namining it plan B would indicate a failure or that it was inferior to the original). Hes going to wipe out the ships that carry 5 of the ministers using his Special ship along with there entire crews which number alot...(dozens). Hell kill the other two later as he said but for now he needs to follow through with most to keep his plans up. Anyway after he finds Sasorie he becomes pissed and electrcially tortures the mook that let her get away and kidnaps her to use her as a way to get an adavnatge on Tony.

Anyway Tony defeats his minions and saves the ship. Manadarin sends him a message , he has captured the girl and will kill her if Tony doesnt come to him alone. He then reveals his Ace as he says a way to mess with his opponent emotionally that he was the one who killed Anna. Tony goes to confront Mandarin whose attached one of his rings to Sasorie which has virous whih is biometrcially linked to him. Should he die (i,e. Tony attempt to kill him with his armour rather then fight him mano amono. It will kill her), if he wins hell let her go. Anyway Tony defeats him and removes his rings but Sasorie had gotten te ring off . Mandarin reveals that he was planning to kill her anway no matter what happened. He calls back his rinsg as there biometrcailly linked to himself, saying on how he'll kill them. Only to dsicover that Tony and Sasorie sabtgaoed them so that theyd detonate and go critical. Anyway they leave as they go crtical and he detonates killing him off for good (Uh maybe. ? They leave his survival a slight possibiliuty just in case a sequel could ever happen.

She doesnt actually care about house Navarre. Shes fine with abandoining them and is also rsponible for getting them into finanicial trouble with a mob like consipracy in order to finance her lavish lifestyle (This will be the source of an ep that scragss will do).

She does at least try and act like in the first book that shes doing this to help vampoires and put them on top but this is shown to be bullshit. What she actually wants is fame and attention from the public and later books have show shes perfectly trying to create catastrophic things for vampires (Drugging them up on a rage drug that threathens there safety or starting a war with shapeshifters that would end in countless deaths). Basically as long as shes able to go fowardand gain her fame then who cares about anyone else


Also yeah she did get betaryed by Tate (whose a fucking KnightTemplar nut) but that was kinda her fault since she got so blinded by what she hought she was going to get she underestaimted how much of a douche. As the series first ArcVillain. I think she makes it. Unlike say Mercy thompson and Dresden files which have an aboslute crapton of killers, rapists and torturers. Most of the villains in this series are....Generic as hell. (Book 8 for example has a ''really'' underwhelming SerialKiller for example), so the worst of the worst like Celina really stand out.


Well her plan to war with humanity you could argue is to much in its early stage. She does make at least make a few steps there such as riling up tensions in the city.


That said the other stuff : Trying to start a war between the shapeshifters and Vampires which would kill hundreds ( Since she planned to killthe shapeshifter dude duting the confernece where every shapeshifter in the west coast was in the city) and helps spread a rage drug that turns vampires feral and into a killing rage, Id argue would be more then enough as thats far more then pretty much any other badguy does. There are only two other badguys whove tired/done a higher bodycount in the series (David Tate [kinda. Its weird] and the BigBad of the final three books) but Im going to give Celina a bit off leeway here as David is a powerful FallenAngel and said BigBad is an extremly powerful EvilSorceror. There both much stronger then her as shes a normal vampire without any special abilities and still manages to be extremly nasty. Add in the fact her extreme pettiness and the fact shes the most personal villain in the series by far and Id say yes she does make it.

The Se Queen expects this despite Crestell being her own sister and sees her death off with a smile... Crestell before her death asks lira to be a better ruler then her sister.

In one notable case, Bowen's father while a young teenager innocently wanted to be the strongest of his siblings, she granted this by murdering his 5 other siblings and driving him into despair for the rest of his life. She's done this for thousands of years.


When a fey princess named Mariah wanted to be with Bowen, Häxa granted this by murdering her by skinning her alive and then impersonating her in order to fake Mariah's death in order to lead Bowen into absolute despair. Anyway Mariketa is destined to be one of the greatest witches to ever live. Haxa wants that power for herself, so to do that concocts a plan to break her. She has her parents taken away and their souls consumed and added as two of her [[AndIMustScream living statues]]. These are living statues which are kept self-aware and tortured in order for Haxa to get off as well as feed off the misery, she's done this to ''thousands of people''. Her ultimate plan is to use Mariketa's mirror based powers to increase her own and achieve her main goal: spreading this over the entire of mankind. The entire world will be crushed under despair and torture, described as HellOnEarth just so Haixa can relish it.


Anyway after Bowen and Mariketa get together,Häxa returns in the guise of Mariah in order to play off his feelings and seperate them in order to both put Mariketa off balance and because she loved the idea of creating more misery by waiting for when he'd seemingly fallen in love again only to ruin it again. Anyway Mariah discovers the truth via her mirror friend elliana (long story) and sets out to save her family. She faces off against Häxa who taunts her about the fact she plans to steal her powers and how fun it was making her suffer.Anyway she's able to free Bowen and along with her friends Regin the Radiant and Carrow the Incarcerated are able to hold her back. Unfornutely she reveals her true form, an eight foot tall, albino hag tree thing (?) and beats them off before unleashing a pure energy wave to kill Mariketa, Mariketa though uses her mirror powers to bounce the attack back, destroying her (Unlike Crom whose an still a god and would require a diuermot to kill like I said in his ep, shes just a sorceror now but a really powerful one).

Hell no. Dieties here have agency and even ignoring that, she was stripped of it meaning that she could easily not be evil. She chooses to be a monster who relishes her evil, breaking people for fun.

It's unique for the series. Add in the fact that due to being a descended god rather then still one like crom, I'd argue she makes it.

An elegant, seductive and charismatic villain. Liliath defines TheVamp, using and seducing people beofre playing them like a fool as demonstatred by by bisc and the queen. She can also very much think on her feet from plotting to revive herself centuries later since she couldn't do it then after her ritual went wrong by accident to using a corpse of her rival as a way to get the attention of the authorites. Her plan is complex and features various running parts but shes always their to have her hand in and stir it in the right way while avoding detection by making safety measures like the nationality of her kill and replace to throw people off or the simlicrum. In essence, lady is great. Heck she does get to be with her beloved in the end.

So this is the first of a few eps from Hawaii Five O. I'll start us off with one of the shows creepiest villains. From the Season 4's episode 11 "Pukana" (Keepsake). I give you Gary Nathan.

A serene, soft-spoken SerialKiller played by James Urbaniak (i.e. Thaddeus Venture from the Venture Brothers), Gary murders woman in their early twenties for fun. Gary's MO is to kidnap them and tie them up before torturing them till they break from the abuse, taking photos so he could relive the experience and cuts off a finger from them as a trophy before finishing them off with a bullet from his glock meant to maximize tissue and blood damage. He then wraps them in a tarp before dumping them, having done this to 14 women that we are aware off.

Anyway he moves to Hawaii, where one night a burglar robs his safe only to discover his uh....trophies in it, the burglar is promptly killed and dumped, causing Five-0 to investiagte. Agent Chin Ho Kelly goes to Gary's house to investigate and see if he'd been burgled, Gary bludgeons him and takes him to his basement. Now chin tries to reason with Gary that hed just killed a burglar anc could get off....only for Gary to take the photos of his victims and slowly shove them into his face to break him. Anyway their interrupted by Gary's girlfriend who rings the bell. Gary decides she needs to die too, so has her tied up and beaten, in the meantime, chin is able to cut the ropes on his feet and engages Gary, having to fight him off with his hands tied in the ropes. During the struggle, Gary's girlfriend gets free and passes Chin's gun to chin who shoots Gary dead, ending his reign of terror.

No way. No reason is given for this other then hes a creep who likes hurting woman. He even purposly rejects the idea that theirs some deeper reason for this when chin tries to rile him up.

As far as his girlfriend goes, nah he tries to kill torture her to death with no remorse when she may find out (emphasis on the word may). He then coldbloodly says that this is Chin's fault that he has to do this in a weird attempt to pass this onto him without a hint of emotion given to that.

I actually believe that Gary makes it. Dude's Mo revolves upon breaking his victims. His torture is designed to leave his victims through immense hell --specifically to draw out their pain--before cutting off their tumb as a souvenir. At 14 victim that we know off that's really impressive (15 with burglar). Add in some of his acts of personal viciouness, rubbing his murders into chin's face just to sadsitcslly break him and trying to torture him to death. Plus planning to do that to his girlfriend as well. On the off chance, she might figure out what going on and yeah I say he makes it.

Liliath was a nun and angel summoner who was renowned for being a prodigy having disovered the archangel Phalniel. Phalinel and her fell in love and wanted to be together but due to angels being extra-dimesnional beings she could only summon him for short periods of time. So she planned to give him a human host, unfortunately his immense power destroyed said host from the inside and transformed him into a monster, panicking phaelniel went from host to host spread a plague on the citizens where if hit with the presnce of angels theyd become angels (The process shaettred him into a million pieces). Liliath lead the survivors out of Ystara but began to plot on how to get her beloved back. She discovered that eventually within a few lifetimes, eventually ystarans would be born with their pieces expectantly powerful with phaelniel's essence and would allow her to return him. So she entered a sargopcus and left an angel to tell her when these would rise.

Anyway a hundred years pass, when four indivudals have now been born with it and she awkaens and sets off to work. She disovers a group of survovurs of the fall of Ystara known as resenters who live in squaloir due to thewhol will become a monster if comming into angel light in a world where angels are used for evyerhting by the upper nobles. She seduces and heals their leader Bisc and uses the big show of their leader being healed to have them follow her. She then does her reseach of the neihbouring land of of sarcane through the lobrary and discovers that a visting noble named lady dehms from alban is arriving. Dehms doesnt have any family and connections, soLiliath kills her and her servants and reaplces them with her and her refusers. [[PetTheDog Though the children of the house were spared]].



Anyway a rival of Bisc called the owl challenges him for control of the refusers, Liliath under the alias Milady decides to be the one to fight her champion in order to straighten her control of the group. As she enters the sewers, she disovers that owl has cheated with other warriors, liliath outsmarts and kills them beofre capturing anf killing the owl for her plan. After a rash of refuser attacks, the four (who due to being phalniels soul fragments are linked and now inseparable) are now sent to investigate, she has two of her agents carrting the owls body come close and they race off after them beofre dumping her near the entrance of thetreasure stash which contain three of the royal families jewle summoing icons which they report to the queen.

Meanwhile before this, Liliath as Lady Dehms makes a sad story on how the refusers stole her family treasure which was this stuff and reports it to the crown while knowing her alban anscetry will throw them for a loop if they were to try to link the ystarn refusers and an alban. Anyway after the dsuovery of these, the queen and king summons her where liliath has an attack faked in order to save the queen and win her over. Liliath then seducdes the queen becoming her lover and starts to whipser sweet stuff in her ears as well as playing to her love of money in order to get her fund an army to go to Ystara. Even better she convinces her to use the captured refusers as the labourers which gives Liliath, additonal troops in addition to her own gang. To avoid suspicion she fakes an illness and leaves a simlucram to both allow her to be able to leave and discuss with her gang and give an excuse why shes not either with the queen or the treasure hunt.

Anyway Liliath attacks the caravan and kidnaps the four planning to sarcfice them in order to use them to reive her beloved which will also take way the angel fragments in the refuers and beastlys. One of the four Dorethea during the rituial though realies theirs no way to stop it but can prevent this from possibly doing harm. She rverses it to revive Phalnel and turn Liliath into an angel herself =, allowing Liliath to be with her beloved and curing all beastlys and refusers of their inflictions.

Everly can do some genuinely bad things if it mean sHe gets ahead or her loved ones do well. As you may have noticed from cutting off every finger on a dude to farrah and hers or trapping farrah into
Magic coffin or the banishment thing . The entire book,runs on the idea that mortality isn't black and white and that in a conflict everyone can do evil things if they believe themselves right. But she still manages to be the the least evil of that group despite everyone trying to force her their as well. She genuinely loved her adopted mother and sister(s) 's And she did try to reason with people to stop this multiple times before giving up and the ending she hasn't quite crossed the line like the others had. In essence I think off her as more of a antivillaim with standards bit is still will ing to do villainous acts if it means winning.

He currently has departed with his friends including Truly who Everly tries to bond with her. Truly well bethord with roth is actually in love with his sister Farrah. Anyway she and roth bond because romance book... and she discovers his mother and elder brother were killed by a prior scorer king (whose everly's grandfather btw) giving him a major hate for them. Anyway things are working well till Truly gets into trouble and in order to save her, Everly taps into the and siphons from roth who unforenlty finds out as well as her whole lineage and the fact she lied to him, discovers that she is the way to save his father. So she ends up captured and sent their well he is stuck here for a bit (though he didnt know what his father was planning).

Now roth is busy with having to deal with centaurs who are attcking the kingosm so leaves Everly with his friends to take her back to heal his father where she meets princess farrah (fairest of them all> Hah) who they seem to gte along. Well their Roth's father hears from his oracles that the safekeeping of his kids can only be ensured by a forced marriage to everly which roth wasn't aware of he was going to pull being fair to roth. As well as the fact that she tries reaching out to farrah only to get this response.

Honestly in roths case , dude si caught between a rock and a hard place since he actually does the sister to do well and for everly to be safe, so comes up with a sort of compromise where he keeps her locked in the tower and away from each other.

Anyway Everly is not one to let anything stop her, well in said tower, she starts to have her pet spidercoprions (spider/scoprion hybrids) bite her contsnalty in order to eventually give her immunity along with the verminous things of the kingdom to keep her compamny like magma ants. She and roth also talk and discuss stuff over months I think. In the meantime, she sues her powers to spy on the residents and spidercorpians to do her bidding, for example she discovered one of the courtiers was getting handsy with the female servants, so had them slice off all his his fingers and have the tumb taken to her, the lock on her imprsionment touch is magic finger print codieed to the servants so now shes free, she uses a mirror piece which she had her pets have it placed in her pocket. This causes her to freak and come to the tower and get her ass kicked with Everly tying her up, she then enters the ball that roth is attenting as a sort of final goodbye before leaving only for to let her go since she did spare his sister, anyway she asks when her ants (she well truly cherishes those monsters) nearly drown as they saved her life. The two sorta reconicle after this and everything seems well.


Well anyway, her uncle Nichloas though has let his hatred of everly due to his wifes accidental death turn him bitter and (in a very weird betrayel since he actually helped save her life earlier in the book) and teams up with violet who captures her allies and has Farrah murder the siren princess whod attended to steal her Enthralling voice, now having [[AxCrazy fully lost her mind]], she mind controls the army and orders them to slaughter as much as want and spitefully murders Everly's genunily innocent sister Hartly out of spite (This has been a diffuclt ep due to how complex a plot this). This off course fully pisses off everly who decides to throw morality to the wind due to being the last straw, she ends up mocking farrah and inetnionally sets her off, in a blind rage farrah accidentaly stabs Truly which causes her to breakdown and everly's forces send her on the run. Nichloas decides with his forces smashed and everything turned against him to just run.



Anyway in order to save Truly, makes a deal with the forest nymph allura who bestoys on her a boost, she has Farrah and crew bound, before theatrically declaring to be their executioner (I would love to show you this speech honestly. Well yes in terms of charisma she's got that in spades She is very much a player of theatrics and LargeHam and DeadpanSnarker. She easily owns the room in this novel. Now I admitted that she does stumble occasionally but she always picks herself up: nearly getting drained, she figured out. A way to reverse it, leaving multiple ways to escape should things go sour and even when captured she spends and manages to perfect a way to escape using her AdorableEvilMinions. Like stuff does go wrong as you can see....but she always bounces back.


And even when Nicholas , violet and farrah trie to get one up on her, she manages to still get on top albeit with heavy losses even playing in farrahs The others lose everything due to a mixture of rash decisions mixed with selfishness and . To keep himself alive, Jonathan uses torture magic on vampires, torturing them for days-weeks to break them and funneling their pain to rejuvenate himself. Jonathan is one of the leaders of black circle (the main antagonistic faction of the series). Black circle are servants of the various gods who wish to rise again and black circle helps them through sacrifices in return for power. with jonahthan's job being to accquire magical objects and people to help them.

* ''Midnight's Daughter'': Jonathan along with count Dracula plans to help the evil king of the blue fey Aienslnn murder the pregnant fiance of the son of he king caedmon of the golden fey. By ensuring caedmon has no heirs it will launch a civil war when a succession crisis looms which would cause the fey to once again war with each which could kill thousands, something they haven't done since the time of king Arthur. The plan is to allow the blue fey king to take over whose a staunch Fundamentalist in favour of the gods compared to caedmon who despite being implied to be zeus' son is staunchly agsint their return and the enslavement and horror they;d unleash. An army that apollo/ares or zeus could use to fully put humanity and demonkind under foot. Anyway Jonathan captures louis cesare and has him tortured with a hot poker for hours. Bringing him to deaths door in terms of pain and then bringing him back, and then repeating the process over and over again. Anyway Dorina and Mircea save the fiance and louise cesare and destroy Dracula but Johnathan gets away.
* ''Fury's Kiss'': Dorina whose Louise cesare's mate plans to get revenge on Johnathan for what he did to him. Johnathan was badly damaged during the fight and has now become a lich like person while he tries to recioparte. He teams up with a corrupt member of the ruling body of the vampire senate and unleashes a horde of zombie vampires of vampires they killed and then brought back as zombies to destroy the ruling council allowing the war to be won. He gets stopped and it goes underground for a few years to recuperate.
* ''Dragon's Claw'' and ''Siren's song'': Jonathan creates a gun which can kill vampires and uses it to kill dozens of vampires to create his zombie vampires. He hires a vampire to start a gang with with a kinda friend of Dorina in order serve as a distraction while mind controlling hundred's of mages as the mooks. Johnthan or at least the guys who work for him in this book under his orders, reveal they intend to crash the entirety of the magical floating city of Hong Kong that floats above actual hong kong into Hong Kong, killing the entire population which is millions last time I checked. Since Hong Kong is on a ley line it will generate An energy tsunami wiping out anything on said ley lines including the various vampire senates. Paving the way to total victory in the war against the gods in favor of black circle and aienslann and his fundamentalist fey faction. Pritkin and Dorina are able to stop him.
* ''Brave the tempest'': Jonathan disovers a book in the library of aienslann which features the true names of the ancient horrors. During the war between the titans and the olypmians. Both sides experimted with mating with various supernatural creatures in order to create powerful soldiers. Echidna, mother of monsters mated with various demons across hell (which in this universe is less a pit and more an entire universe filled with thosuands of inhbaited dimensions. Earth is the highest level of hell with fearie being the lowest level of heaven) and birthed the ancient horrors, the most evil and powerful demons in existence and were such classics like Lamathsu, Pazzuzu and Asmoedus to name a few. The horrors are feared even by other demons and were sealed away by Artemis. Jonthan realises with the book he can control and realse them. Using them as an army he plans to take control of the demon army which would stop the main source of opposition and allow him a way to conuer faerie and earth. Unfortunately he loses it and has to get it back, in the meantime he summons two of the ones whose unsealing methods he already knows Kulullû (this is an actual demon from mythology I discovered...) and evil santa to attack the demon and vampire army defending. The book ends up getting destroyed which means he know is stuck with only a few dozen names of the ancient horrors rather the thousand plus that was in it. So he goes back to black circle and Aiensalln using the realsed horrors as their new soliders. Anyway in the meantime Jonathan teams up with an old enemy of cassandra named Jo who was killed during the ares stuff and has suck around as a ghost. In return for helping him defeat cassandra, he gives her a magical boon to create a ghost army in the thousands to destroy casse which is stoppped but not before she gained some of the time travel power of cassie
* ''Shatter the earth'': Its revaled that Jonahatn gains his powers through a sick methods. He chains the ghosts of people into himself where they appear as faces under his skin.../while being [[AndIMustScream aware the entire time]]. He does this to Jo in order to gain time travel powers while creepily calling her his new pet.. and attemtping to pet her head which can protrude from his torso while she is trying to flinch away out of fear and pain v(what can I say hes a subtle villain...). He kills a librarian in the vampire senate in order to gain the lover's knot spell which is a ay that cassaandra, mircea and pritkin can use to perhaps vanquish any opponent while boasting on how hes going to turn cassandra into another addition on himself, another "pet" like Jo became. Anyway during the orginal timeline in this book, aienslanna nd the entire army fort the gods was deafted in a sneak attack. Jonathan doesnt like that and uses time travel to have aienslann and him law a trap while laughing as his forces are about to slaughter them. Luckily, Cassandra's ghost friedn Billy since ghosts can go coperal in Faerie scarcices himself to destroy Joanthan. His soul then hitches a ride to a new bodie which is captured by the good guys.
