** Up until 2020, Dahyun has colored her hair a lot, like, she literally did ''every single color in the rainbow'' and ''every shade of blonde''. Nayeon even joked that if Dahyun had a new hairstyle it meant a comeback was imminent. Nowadays, her hair is in its natural jet black, and she doesn't seem to want to dye her hair again.

** Chaeyoung went a little ''too'' hard on the bleaching. She said in an early-2022 video that she would need to stop dyeing her hair for at least a year because of the cumulative damage to her scalp. Fast forward to September, where she dyed her hair blonde ''yet again''. As of 2021, she has a habit of wearing hair extensions, probably because at this point her hair is too damaged to grow really long on its own.

* MilestoneCelebration: ''Celebrate'' is released on July 27, 2022, to commemorate fifth debut anniversary in Japan (#TWICE was released on June 28, 2017). It also almost coincides with TWICE's contract renewal in July 12, which makes the release HeartwarmingInHindsight.

* NewbieBoom: TheNewTwenties saw them starting to make appearances on American TV, starting [[ColbertBump (appropriately enough)]] with ''Series/TheLateShowWithStephenColbert'', and releasing English versions of their 2020 Korean singles. This set the stage for their "official" English debut with "The Feels". This, combined with [[Music/FormulaOfLove a full album]] being released shortly after, gained them enough new fans to put them on a successful US tour at the start of the following year, complete with a pair of "encore" shows at a stadium in Los Angeles.

* BreakthroughHit: "Like Ooh-Ahh" was a SleeperHit that crawled up to the top ten of the Korean digital chart despite some bumps in the road, but the song that really blew them up was "Cheer Up", their first of nine consecutive number ones in Korea. Their first original English single, "The Feels", was their first Hot 100 hit and their Western breakthrough.

* IKnewIt:

Although the snippets of the song could be interpreted as lyrics to another [[SillyLoveSongs romantic-themed track]], and the full song itself has lyrics that hypothetically ''could'' be applied to romantic love as well as any other kind, many fans correctly predicted that the music video would center on friendship or platonic love. This is due to Mina having been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, which arrived during an overall difficult time for herself, the group, and fans alike where she had to take breaks from TWICE. As recovery from mental health issues is a long, long road, it would make sense that her comeback music video features messages of Mina, and anyone else grappling with mental health issues, [[YouAreNotAlone not being alone in their pain]].

JYP would attempt the concept again a few years later, this time successfully, with [=NiziU=].
