* RemadeForTheExport: The original game is a Japan-only release, but the game has no UsefulNotes/RegionCoding and simply requires a PC with enough power to take it and a modern version of Windows. ''Crimzon Clover for [=NESiCAxLive=]'' is not only Japan-only, but is limited to the ''[=NESiCAxLive=]'' platform, a digital distribution service for arcade cabinets with service limited to Japan. ''[=CCfNxL=]'' was ported back to PC as ''Crimzon Clover WORLD IGNITION'' and released internatonally with seven language options, including English and Japanese.

* NoExportForYou: The arcade UpdatedRerelease is only available on the digital arcade content delivery service [=NESiCAxLive=], which is exclusive to Japanese arcades. However, it does have a PC port on UsefulNotes/{{Steam}} and GOG which averts this trope with an international release. While online-enabled [=NxL=] is available in Round 1 locations in the United States, it is unlikely you'll find ''[=CriClo=]'' on an [=NxL=] cab in the United States as the operator has to order the game and [=NxL=] cabs there are unlikely to be used for non-{{Fighting Game}}s due to lack of demand for such titles.

** As of December 21st, this also applies to the Steam version of ''World Ignition'', being removed from the service due to the release of ''World [=EXplosion=]''. It's still available on GOG, though. That said, there isn't much reason to get it over ''WEX'' except perhaps for archival/preservation purposes and if you really want to avoid Steam DRM.

* ReformulatedGame: ''Crimzon Clover for [=NESiCAxLive=]'' is of the Reformulated Port variety, being a revision of the doujin original. In order to better adapt the game for arcade platforms, the game's difficulty was adjusted by making enemy patterns more difficult, making Break Mode's duration shorter, and removing Simple Mode in exchange for Boost Mode.

In order to better adapt the game for arcade platforms, the game's difficulty was adjusted by making enemy patterns more difficult, introducing a new method of earning extra lives that's more difficult while also removing the option to get a OneUp at the end of every stage, making Break Mode's duration shorter, and removing Simple Mode in exchange for Boost Mode.
