** Woody Johnson, the head ranger of Brickleberry Park, is a high-functioning example. He mistreats his employees ([[LoserProtagonist Steve]] in particular) on a daily basis, even willing to endanger their lives either when there is something in it for him or simply [[ForTheEvulz for his amusement]], showing no remorse for any of it regardless. He always feels he should be [[AttentionWhore the center of the attention]] and is [[PsychopathicManchild prone to throwing destructive tantrums when things don't go his away]]. He is also misogynistic towards women, often having them [[SexSlave enslaved]], [[WouldHitAGirl beaten]], and even [[AxCrazy killed]]. Several flashbacks of him in the army has him [[SociopathicSoldiers leaving his fellow soldiers to die]], even abandoning one of them to a grenade.
** Malloy the Bear is [[LackOfEmpathy non-empathetic]], {{manipulative|bastard}}, remorseless, [[ItsAllAboutMe super self-centered]], exploits others, and doesn't give an eff about obeying laws. He has a great need for stimulation as he's a {{Sadist}} and a [[TheHedonist hedonist]], is [[AxCrazy violently unstable]] at his core, and a couple times reeks of superficial charm. While it is revealed [[EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas he loves his biological parents]], even that is often pushed aside as well.
** Warden Tiny Smalls is a self-righteous fundamentalist who abuses his position by having his inmates tortured, mainly through giving them marriage licenses simply to excuse going through a lifetime of sexual abuse. He is also a terrible boss to workers, as he is willing to execute them for petty offenses.
** Mayor Todd Ford is a hedonistic scumbag who gleefully wreaks havoc across town, all without a single care who gets hurt or killed in the process. He also has his crew bring in exotic and endangered animals from outside the country, simply so he can kill them for pleasure. Even ''[[EvenEvilHasStandards Woody]]'' is shown to be rather off-put by his behavior.

** Also, when Darkwing Duck visits his home of the Negaverse (No, not [[SailorMoon that one]]), which he is the ruler of, he is offered the chance to help free it by the Negaverse versions of Megavolt, Quacker Jack, Bushroot, and Liquidator (the "Friendly Four"). Darkwing refuses until he is hugged by Negaverse Gosalyn (who is sweet and girly rather than obnoxious and tomboyish). He then asks "Whose kid is this?" and all Bushroot has to say is "Gosalyn's guardian is...Negaduck." Darkwing then says softly "In this world, there never was a Darkwing Duck to defend St. Canard......or a Drake Mallard to be a father. For your sake Gosalyn...I'll stay."

* [[Characters/TeenTitans2003Slade Slade]] from ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitans2003''. He's a ruthlessly cold-blooded ManipulativeBastard to extremes, taking an obsessive interest in tormenting all the heroes (especially {{ComicBook/Robin}}). The first season has Slade forcing Robin to become his "apprentice" and partner-in-crime, in hopes of making the boy just as sick and twisted as he is, and threatening to murder all of his friends if he refuses. He later tries to do something similar with [[DishingOutDirt Terra]] in the next season, exploiting her emotional insecurities to trick her into becoming his new apprentice, and is (somewhat) more successful at turning her evil.

** Mr. Krabs is another example. He puts money above everything else (including his own daughter), manipulates others (including his own employees) to get what he wants, disregards the well-being of others, has poor impulse control, is prone to psychotic outbursts, does not learn from his mistakes, and even has a sadistic streak.

** [[SoapboxSadie Brian Griffin]], at least in recent years, follows a lot of the symptoms of sociopathy, such as superficial charm and good "intelligence", unreliability, untruthfulness and insincerity, a lack of remorse or shame, poor judgment and failure to learn by experience, etc.

* ''WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarepants'': Despite the fact that the series is, in effect, a kids' show, Plankton displays the typical traits of your average sociopath/psychopath: he has shown to have [[FauxAffablyEvil enough superficial charm]] to influence others to achieve his goals (such as [=SpongeBob=] himself and his own family in "Plankton's Army"), is megalomaniac, self-centered, possesses an attitude of superiority and grandiosity, constantly lies and [[ManipulativeBastard manipulates]] to achieve his goals, lacks remorse or guilt, tends to victimize himself or [[BitchInSheepsClothing show false emotions]] to get away with it, [[VillainousBreakdown is prone to violence when he loses his temper]], has unpremeditated, thoughtless behavior; he never learns from his mistakes, and he has a large criminal record: conspiracy, theft, sabotage, identity theft, fraud, espionage, embezzlement, bribery and even attempted murder. His sociopathic traits are even more enhanced in [[WesternAnimation/TheSpongeBobSquarepantsMovie the first film]], where he carries out an elaborate scheme to steal the krabby patty formula, turns Bikini Bottom into a fascist dystopia, and even attempts to murder Mr. Krabs, [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick. In the show; however, Plankton is a highly functional example, as there have been instances where he has been pragmatic. As he points out in the video, Brian follows a lot of the symptoms of sociopathy, such as superficial charm and good “intelligence,” unreliability, untruthfulness and insincerity, a lack of remorse or shame, poor judgment and failure to learn by experience, etc.

* It is revealed in the WesternAnimation/BeavisAndButthead episode “Nice Butt-Head” that the school psychologist has diagnosed Butt-Head as a sociopath because of his cruelty and lack of empathy for others, being the idiot he is he just laughs it off.

** ''Alien Force'' introduces Argit, a ConMan who Kevin used to work with. He only cares about himself and money, and will use and [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder betray]] anyone to get it; Gwen once described him as the kind of guy who would "sell his mother for lunch money", and Kevin confirms he actually did just that. Best shown in "Andreas' Fault"; he takes advantage of Andreas' innocence to get him to work for him, and after Andreas sacrifices himself to save Argit and Ben's team, Argit is more concerned with the money he lost in the process and honestly [[EvilCannotComprehendGood doesn't seem to understand]] why Kevin would be disgusted with him.

** ''Omniverse'' gives us Malware. A mutated Galvanic Mechamorph appropriately described by Ben as a total psychopath. Before his upgrade, Malware started out feeding on other Mechamorphs to sustain himself. Arrogant and devoid of any moral compass, he even had the gall to claim that they deserve to be destroyed. When he finally got his upgrade, he became even worse. One episode had him attempting to ''[[WouldHurtAChild murder a busload of innocent children]]'' to make a quick escape from Ben. Then the Showdown 2-parter revealed that in the past he [[spoiler:Destroyed Feedback, one of Ben's alien forms]], solely to hurt the boy out of spite. Then he proceeds to top that by ''[[spoiler: [[WhereIWasBornAndRazed destroying his own homeworld]]]]''.

[[spoiler: Then it turns out Quagmire survived [[ChekhovsGun (since he chokes himself for sexual pleasure)]], and rams Jeff into a tree, killing him.]]

** ''WesternAnimation/BatmanBeyond'': [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Derek Powers]] (AKA [[ILoveNuclearPower Blight]]) is a pretty major case. He only cares about money and power, regularly manipulates and uses people under a [[FauxAffablyEvil very thin veneer of charm]]; and when he learns that he killed Terry [=McGinnis=]' father, he casually replies "Do you have the ''slightest'' idea how [[ButForMeItWasTuesday little that narrows it down]]?". [[AbusiveParents He's also responsible for raising his son Paxton]] [[FreudianExcuse to be a ruthless sociopath much like himself]].

* Kevin 11 from ''WesternAnimation/{{Ben 10}}'', and when the TimeSkip SequelSeries shows had him become good, first Kevin's EvilCounterpart Darkstar and then the evil alien Aggregor came around to fill the void.
** Ultimately, it's [[AuthorsSavingThrow revealed]] that for Osmosians like Kevin and Aggregor, using their powers to absorb energy (which Kevin did as a kid, and Aggregor still does) induces [[WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity a sociopathy-like state]]. Kevin stopped absorbing energy before ''Alien Force'' began, which was what allowed him to regain his sanity.

** Vlad Plasmius, Danny's ArchEnemy. He has all the traits listed on the main page, and his "love" for Maddy is shown to be shallow and mostly for her beauty; he tries his best to repress her strong personality and forcibly forge her into a "model wife" in the bad timeline where he gets her.

And where does all this transpire? Where does this guy live? [[spoiler:A trailer at an amusement park]]. Yes, the implication is obvious: he gets to torment kids every single day. His whole life is just getting off on bullying those smaller and younger than him.

He lacks empathy, best exemplified whenever he pretends to adopt an orphan only to speed away in his car. In one episode, he even discovers the cure to cancer but is unwilling to distribute it to the general populace.

He later has Lilith Clawthorne work for him under the promise that he would heal the curse that [[spoiler: she put on Eda]], but reveals later on that not only was he not going to cure [[spoiler: Eda]], but he was going to have her publicly petrified to serve as an example of those who go against him. Season 2 goes even further when he is revealed to be Philip Whittebane, one of the first human visitors to the Boiling Isles: he is charismatic demonstrated when he lathers Luz and Lilith with compliments (which unnerves the latter due to how familiar the arrangement felt) only so he could use them as sacrifices for his betterment. He had done this dozens of times to have an entire mound of damaged palismen.

** [[VillainProtagonist Early Cuyler]] is a low-functioning example. He shows no regard for the feelings of others, has poor impulse control, loses his temper at the slightest provocation, is unable to learn from his mistakes, and shows no remorse for the damage caused by his criminal schemes.
** Dan Halen is a high-functioning example. He is [[FauxAffablyEvil well-mannered and charming]], but he has no regard for anyone but himself and will happily steal, cheat, and kill to get what he wants.

* [[FutureMeScaresMe Dark Danny]] from ''WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom'' ''definitely'' counts as this. He feels no emotion, single-handedly caused an apocalypse, and [[BatmanGambit ruthlessly manipulated all the people who loved his past self]], to their ''[[StuffBlowingUp horrible deaths]]'' to ensure he would exist as he did.
