Two more cases:
Julien in Madagascar, the same example contradicts itself establishing altruistic actions from the character.
Homer in The Simpson, even if in latter seasons become like that, the fact that is not something inherent to the characters (as it was latter added) would desqualify as an example (sociopathy is innate).

I think some of the examples are really not the definition of a Sociopath, just the definition of evil or selfish characters. Which is logic considering that most tropers do not know the clinical definition (even when is made amazingly well in The Sociopath, by the way kudos to whoever did that, it's a great work) and most people just thin Socipath equals evil person. The point is... many of the examples are very farfetched and include basically only "bad" characters or characters that can't be really considered sociopaths as we dont know they're nature (Billy Cypher from Gravity Falls for example) there should be a review of the whole article.

So, Lightning Dust. She doesn't really fit the profile. The main page starts out the definition by stating that this is a character who "is far from your ordinary criminal or villain. Combine a willingness to cross the Moral Event Horizon without a shred of guilt, a keen sense of other people's mental and emotional fault lines and a Lack of Empathy and you have the consummate evildoer." She's not really a "consummate evildoer", she's just a brat who only cared about herself primarily. Seems like she shouldn't be on the list.

Well, she's obsessed with her own personal advancement above all else, has absolutely no empathy towards those who are hurt or are nearly killed due to her actions, and is able to disguise her selfish desires with an air of camaraderie towards Rainbow. Those are all signs of sociopathy, IRC.
Alright just for the record, as suggested here, this page requiered a clean up. My criteria for some of the examples removed was this:
Desna and Eska fro Lo K, if the example itself says that they show empathy at some point, then is not an example right? Xanatos, same as before.
Harm from Justice League is the same case, the example itself establishes tha the murders his sister to become this... and didnt work as he still feels remorse for it.
Preston Northwest in Gravity Falls, only shows sociopathic behavior in one episode, is too especulative. Same with the Daria example about Jake's dad, is esentially a Fan Wank
Poison Ivy in the Batman The Animated Series example the same case, she does describe herself like that but is later show not too.
