* Series/UltramanTriggerNewGenerationTiga: Hudram is a raging narcissist with a sadistic streak, shows no real empathy towards anyone's grief, nor any actual care towards anyone, even his fellow Dark Giants aren't spared from this sentiment. He also chastises Trigger for having turned good, believing he was more "elegant" as an evil berserker.

Even by kaiju and Toku standards, the Ultra Series is no stranger to aliens and monsters showcasing examples of sociopathic traits.

!Live-Action TV

* Series/UltramanEighty: Professor Nakagawa from the episode "The Laboratory of Doctor Demon" is a living example of HumansAreTheRealMonsters. He only cares is his own scientific advances, complete with full blown LackOfEmpathy, and is even ignorant of the dangers of experimenting an alien lifeform, no matter how harmless they are, all because he wants to see whether or not aliens can be used like livestock. Unfortunately for him, it led to his own demise.
* Series/UltramanNeos: AGodAmI Mensch Heit is an example of a genocidal EvilOverlord with a massive superiority complex who had orchestrated the extermination of a race of aliens, with a few escaped from his ungodly wrath to Earth. He even has the gall to paint the Zamus as barbarians, but this is only a hypocritical excuse for him to commit genocide because he can. Not to mention, his ego is so fragile, when he pressures HEART into surrendering Esura to him but refused to comply, this is where he really gets malicious.
* Series/UltramanNexus: Dark Zagi was an evil clone of Ultraman Noa created by the Visitors who ultimately destroyed his own creators. While under the guise of Mitsuhiko Ishibori (), Zagi starts exhibiting traits of a textbook sociopath--a cunning manipulator behind closed doors playing everyone else like fiddles, while acting polite and courteous to the other Night Raiders which is merely a facade to cover up his personal agenda. Then again, like the Space Beasts, he merely deems them as his tools, and top it all off with his tm and thirst for destruction in an unreasonable blind rage, making him one of the notable villains in the franchise with a huge amount of body counts.
* Series/UltramanMebius: Alien Empera is a classic example on top of having the distinction as one of the ruthless hero killers in the franchise. A tyrannical GalacticConqueror through and through, Empera treats his own soldiers as expendables, discarding them like trash once their usefulness expires, and makes a brazen attempt to give Father of Ultra the middle finger by enshrouding the Earth in darkness by blotting out the sun so he could revel at humanity's despair.
* Franchise/UltramanZero: Ultraman Belial, whose lust for power knew no bounds, embodies the traits of a classic sociopath; an Pride egotistical and wrathful tyrant who will go at extreme lengths to pursue his goals, thinks highly of himself, possessing little to no empathy and remorse for his crimes, lack of impulse control, sadistic and violent to the point he will lash out at anyone who is foolish enough to bruise his ego and has zero qualms discarding even his own minions once their usefulness expires, as Kei Fukuide experienced firsthand. [[spoiler:In Series/UltraGalaxyFightTheAbsoluteConspiracy, Belial was already a full-blown sociopath to begin with before his merger with Rayblood, best shown with his incredibly growing jealousy with Ken, the future Father of Ultra when he got promoted to supreme commander of the Space Garrison and won Marie's (aka, the future Mother of Ultra) heart.]]
* Series/UltramanGinga:
** The titluar Ultra's EvilCounterpart, Dark Lugiel fares better than Belial and is even capable of causing damage at a cosmic-scale as Belial because he wants to create a world were time stops permanently. On top of that, his notable textbook sociopathic traits includes pathological tm and need for stimulation--he feeds on the negative emotions of humans to empower himself, and seeing his minions as expandable who gleefully throws them under the bus when they fail or have no use to him.
** Ginga S: Alien Chibu Exceller is even worse than Dark Lugiel, what he has both in Lugiel's BadBoss and sadistic tendencies, with an addition of superficial charm, fragile ego, and HairTriggerTemper as his way of lashing out on his own lackeys if they fail or disagreeing with him.
* Series/UltramanOrb: Jugglus Juggler is a high-functioning example; insufferably charming and suave on the surface while blending in among humans as a mask for his unbridled insanity and pettiness, zero empathy towards anyone but himself, lack of shame, has a pathological need for stimulation, and as revealed in . The fact that reason he became evil was his rival Gai chosen to become the titular Ultra, he becomes bitter and resentful towards Gai going as far as to unleash the Lord Monsters upon the Earth just to spite him; to hammer that one down, Juggler spends most of the series trying to push Gai over the edge by endangering those close to him. Even after his HeelFaceTurn, he'll take part in helping even his rival when he felt like it, so long as no one comes between him and Gai. [[spoiler:In Ultraman Z, Juggler maintains that same, albeit toned down, sociopathic behavior from his home series, while nevertheless helps the good guys deal with monster attacks and is not above putting his own crew in harm's way or even innocent people to his advantage when deemed necessary.]]
* Series/UltramanRB: While he is meant to be affable and LaughablyEvil at best, "Makoto Aizen" (aka, Cereza)/Ultraman Orb Dark is apparently a mild textbook example due to the lengths he will go to imitate the real deal. To start, since possessing Aizen, he comes of as a charismatic, intelligent and dignified businessman with quite a reputation among the media. Behind closed doors, he has an overwhelming sense of self-worth, willing to danger innocent people without regarding their safety going as far as to orchestrate kaiju attacks . Compared to the ones listed above, Cereza's rap sheet is, if anything, not entirely out of pure malice, but most likely out of his admiration over the Ultra who saved his life out of the idea of Idiosyncrazy "imitation as the sincerest form of flattery".
* Series/UltramanTaiga: From what he lacks from Belial's impulse control and ego, Ultraman Tregear makes up for his superficial charm, intelligence, cunning and manipulation. That being said, Tregear has a very warped worldview of good and evil and this nihilistic mindset is rooted back from Belial and Hikari's descent into darkness before his own StartOfDarkness. When he's not ranting about light and dark being non-existent, Tregear shamelessly manipulates and corrupts any living being into committing atrocities just for kicks, is incapable of empathy and has little to no understanding of why Ultramen are fighting to protect humans and other benign monsters alike.
* Series/UltramanZ: Celebro is a space parasite that showcases emotional detachment whenever he inhabits a human host, making him a low-functioning example in contrast to the ones listed above; he's unable to process emotions that resembles compassion and empathy, lack of shame for the destruction he caused on various planets all while Sadist enjoying every moment of it, poor impulse control, pathological need for stimulation, and treats other kaiju and aliens -- benign and hostile ones alike as his personal playthings all just to keep himself amused. [[spoiler:He even go as so far to indirectly ing the inhabitants of the planet he intends to destroy by creating weapons to ensure defense, but uses those weapons against them as an instrument of death. And he makes it easier to do so to humanity when they are at their absolute worst because self-destruction is part of human nature.]]
!Anime

* Anime/TheUltraman: Heller was a former Ultra from the Planet U40 who led an army of fellow exiles against his former home planet. He is defined with the following traits of a classic sociopath: ambitious, power-hungry, zero shame and empathy for the suffering of others other than his own, treating his own soldiers nothing more but cannon fodder, and won't stop at nothing until he got what he desired. spoiler:Makes enough sense that he's a precursor to the aforementioned Ultraman Belial, a fallen Ultra who got DrunkWithPower and takes his vendetta quest on his former home world, having invaded them a number of times just to spite them.
* Ace Killer from the 2011 manga possesses similar traits that make him look like a SerialKiller than a mercenary. Let's see, a self-aggrandizing scumbag with a huge superiority complex whose fragile ego gets shattered at the hands of a lousy human and a pathological sadist who racks quite a death count (including children listed as his victims) in the series? Check times two.
