To get back at Princess for this, the Powerpuff Girls steal all of her belongings. Princess then finds out her things are missing, and begs and pleads for the girls to find them, only to find out that the girls were behind the theft of her things. Due to crime being legal at the time the girls stole Princess' belongings, Princess' stuff technically belonged to the girls. This forces Princess to make crime illegal again (mostly to avoid getting in trouble with her father) and then give back Townsville to the Mayor & Ms. Bellum, so she can get back her stuff. Even when Princess' stuff was returned, her father was still able to find out that he was robbed. Due to the fact that he was robbed, he's as mad as you would expect. Moral of the episode: by Princess making crime legal and not adding herself as an exception, the girls were able to use the law against her to force her to make crime illegal again. This could happen in real life if the mayor of a city (or the president of the US) passes foolish acts that make anyone (even authority figures of cities/countries) easy targets for criminal/unethical acts.

Moral of the episode: by Princess making crime legal and not adding herself as an exception, the girls were able to use the law against her to force her to make crime illegal again. This could happen in real life if the mayor of a city (or the president of the US) passes foolish acts that make anyone (even authority figures of cities/countries) easy targets for criminal/unethical acts.

** The girls can fly faster than the speed of light. At top speed, they have been known to bend the time-space continuum and perform TimeTravel, thus creating an AlternateUniverse where there has been no [[spoiler: Power Puff Girls to save the day for ''fifty years'']].
** Gangreen Gang member Lil Arturo temporarily gains this ability in "Power Lunch".
* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: Everything related to the town of Citiesville, most notably the girls' destruction of the bridge leading in to town to stop some robbers. The bridge was both the only way for workers to commute to Citiesville and a historical landmark, costing over three million dollars. SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome occurs, and ''hard''.
** In "Powerpuff Bluff" while the girls are able to defeat their impostors and prove their innocence of any wrongdoings after the mayor mistakenly arrests them? They still broke out of prison, which is still a crime as Blossom tries to point out. The Powerpuff Girls end up getting arrested again.
** In TheMovie after the girls destroy Townsville during what they assume to be a harmless game of tag, the citizens are rightfully terrified and freaked out by all of this. Professor Utonium ends up being arrested once they learn he created them (since the girls can’t be punished for being minors). [[SubvertedTrope Subverted]] in that he ends up being released anyway because the trouble caused didn’t have any actually harmful intentions.
** A milder case. In "A Very Special Blossom", Blossom steals a set of Golf Clubs for the Professor for father's day because he really wanted them, and it lands him in jail. When she admits it at the end, everyone is heartbroken and argue for letting her off easy. But nope, 200 hours of community service.
** In "Bought & Scold," Princess's dad was able to buy Townsville from the Mayor. Princess then exerts her authority over the town by making it legal to commit crimes. To get back at Princess for this, the Powerpuff Girls steal all of her belongings. Princess then finds out her things are missing, and begs and pleads for the girls to find them, only to find out that the girls were behind the theft of her things. Due to crime being legal at the time the girls stole Princess' belongings, Princess' stuff technically belonged to the girls. This forces Princess to make crime illegal again (mostly to avoid getting in trouble with her father) and then give back Townsville to the Mayor & Ms. Bellum, so she can get back her stuff. Even when Princess' stuff was returned, her father was still able to find out that he was robbed. Due to the fact that he was robbed, he's as mad as you would expect. Moral of the episode: by Princess making crime legal and not adding herself as an exception, the girls were able to use the law against her to force her to make crime illegal again. This could happen in real life if the mayor of a city (or the president of the US) passes foolish acts that make anyone (even authority figures of cities/countries) easy targets for criminal/unethical acts.
** In "Divide & Conquer," while Blossom and Bubbles are actually paying attention in math class, Buttercup refuses to do so. This inconveniences Buttercup later in the episode when the Amoeba Boys become {{Not So Harmless Villain}}s by multiplying themselves and she doesn't know how to do division, while Blossom and Bubbles are able to defeat them and save the day by using their math skills.
* SurrogateSoliloquy: Bubbles conversing with her stuffed octopus Octi.
* SwissArmyTears: In "The Rowdyruff Boys" and "Knock It Off", the girls are revived from their apparent deaths by being cried on.
