His last act was to give Gingka his Pegasus and entrust to him the future of Beyblade.

* Tsubasa and Yu in the hospital after they were attacked by Damian. What makes it worse is that they end up missing the final battle and Tsubasa is shown to be broken up about being unable to stand with his friends on top of the world.
* The whole story between Team Dungeon, from Toby having a life-threatening illness to Zeo feeling abandoned by Masamune, to them fighting as enemies in the tournament, to them all getting back together. The last part also doubles as a SugarWiki/{{Heartwarming Moment|s}}.
* Yu having to witness Tsubasa's gradual change due to the dark power. Especially when you consider that he's already seen the dark power change one person he had considered a best friend who ended up betraying him and was now seeing that he might lose another person he'd become a good friend with to the dark power.
* Thanks to Damian, Tsubasa and Yu were put out of commission just before the final battle in the World Championship and didn't awaken until it had ended. As Tsubasa pointed out to Jack during their battle, it was upsetting that they had worked so hard to reach the championship battle and didn't even get to be in it.

* Kenta's mindset during the beginning of the season. He laments that he CantCatchUp and wishes he could do more for his friends, leading him to try and convince Ryuga to join forces with the other legendary bladers. From then on, he is constantly going through the toughest training just to get Ryuga to take him seriously which eventually he does.
* Ryuga's death. He spends the entire fight with Rago being chewed out by Doji who mocks him relentlessly. To make it even worse, he is rapidly overwhelmed until all of his clothes are torn and his pride is blown to shreds. Finally, his Ultimate Move ends up doing jack shit other than killing Doji again and after a few more moments, the gang arrives just in time to see him fall victim to Rago's special move, which puts him at death's door. After that, he knows he's done and his final act is to give Kenta his Star Fragment before he and his Bey fade to nothing.
