** The episode "Terrorform" has a truly impressive example with the model of The Unspeakable One, which was a puppet rejected for use over in ''Doctor Who'' (late 80s Who at that!) for being too awful to use. The Dwarf crew borrowed it, and soon found themselves agreeing, so they cut out as much of it as they possibly could.

* ''Series/StarTrekDiscovery'' has the traditional highly flammable Starfleet-issue interior. Unfortunately, this is rendered with evenly spaced pyrotechnics which — particularly from Season 3 onward —fire even if the ship only takes a glancing hit, and often fire in a predictable, rhythmic sequence. One gets the impression that they're actually just random stage pyrotechnics that have been stolen from a passing metal concert and not reprogrammed before being installed on ''Discovery'''s bridge.

** In the late '90s, they "remastered" the first three series, which didn't actually improve anything, as the CGI effects are no better than the originals. This wouldn't be a problem, except that they ''cut several minutes'' from various episodes to make room for them. The remastering also took the time to have Creator/NormanLovett record new versions of Holly's shots and lines, and adding in new ones, which were only used in closeups, with other shots being left as they were besides colour correction. [[UnintentionalUncannyValley This creates the effect that Holly is aging ten ten years and back between shots.]] The uncanny aspect is heightened by the fact that the new Holly footage has him in a blue-tinted greyscale and partly disappearing into shadow, while the unchanged footage has him in colour and his face fully visible. * ''Series/TheFallGuy'' mostly fails when it comes to Colt's [[CoolCar Cool Truck]] doing things it shouldn't be able to do if you know a thing or two about cars and physics.
** One key element of the series is the OnceAnEpisode RampJump which is also why Colt's truck is lifted. But if you see it from the side as it jumps, you can clearly see the engine stick out from underneath the loading bed, right in the middle of the car. An unmodified pick-up truck with its [=V8=] engine still where it belongs would do a nosedive when jumping.
** While the extreme body lift made landing after a RampJump easier, it also worsened the handling of the vehicle considerably. It basically lost the ability to take tight corners almost entirely. Thus, all scenes in which it goes around street corners even at what would be moderate speed had to be {{undercrank}}ed; it would have rolled over otherwise. The faster the truck is supposed to go, the more obvious this becomes.
