* With the Terrifying Presence perk, you can [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_6x8lloAmU scare off some rogue paladins]] by threatening to "cast down their Codex" (the doctrine) and destroy the Brotherhood of Steel. Toning down the qualifying language a little bit (I imagine Veronica's first concern probably wouldn't be the Codex if not for the sake of the reference).

Other way around. The joke in Duck Soup is that Fredonia is the name of a number of American towns (after a failed proposal by Samuel L. Mitchill for the new name of the fledgling United States — Fre[e]do[m]-nia), probably the best known of which is the one in New York, where the Marx Brothers are from. There's another town in Arizona, and a Fredonia Gulch in Colorado, for instance? Could be others.

* One of the tribes Caesar mentions conquering is the [[Film/DuckSoup Fredonians.]] Now who wants to imagine [[Creator/MarxBrothers Groucho, Chico and Harpo]] hi-jinxing around the Legion?
