* PowersAsPrograms: There seems to be a power-swapping mechanic this year, allowing for there to be, say, a Green Tokkyu 1. The question is, is that the Green Ranger using Tokkyu 1's powers, or 1 using the Green powers? Either way, it looks like weapons are determined by the user's number (Rail Slasher will always be used by someone sporting a 1, for example).
