* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Gopher's role in the episode is this more or less. While paying what would be a normal visit to see Rabbit, he's unexpectedly recruited to go fetch some honey for the party. After a failed attempt and being driven away by the angry bees of a nearby hive, Gopher tries to get some payback [[DisproportionateRetribution by trying to blow up their hive with some dynamite]]. Halfway into his plan, he disappears and Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger wind up stumbling into his dynamite's lamp switch by pure coincidence when trying to get the bunnies back to the surface. Shenanigans ensue, the dynamite goes off, and the beehive is seemingly destroyed, but neither they nor Gopher are anywhere to be seen afterwards.

* JerkassHasAPoint: To be fair to Rabbit, his relatives showing up two hours early did nothing to help the situation. Nobody wants guests to show up to a party at their house before they’re ready for them.

* HopeSpot: Two. First when Rabbit, Tigger, and Pooh have successfully gotten the former’s house in order and Piglet has kept the bunnies entertained long enough; however, it’s ruined when the bunnies cry out in despair after Piglet’s book has a DownerEnding and sets Rabbit’s house back to square one. Not long after, Rabbit gets everything back in order by himself and the other three have kept the bunnies occupied with a walk through the forest, only for the bunnies to fall into Gopher’s tunnel.
