Delighted Kupitman decided to open his alcohol stash -- and only then he realised Sophia talks about completely unrelated things and he just revealed his alcoholism to her. Fortunately, she not only doesn't mind, she has a reason to keep this secret from her family, or they would take her away to Kirov. Now much, much nicer Kupitman apologised to Phil and even agreed to sign up documents for his vacation.
Meanwhile, Alexei (who was punished with night shift for attempt to avoid "working" for new cardiograph) managed to "obtain" it (and new x-ray machine)... but now needs two day-offs... or better, three.
