* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: Robin ''intends'' for this to occur in "Crazy Desire Island", but all of the Titans are perfectly happy with what they wish for despite Robin trying to add some ironic twist to them and make them grateful for what they currently have. The only one that plays it straight is Raven, who wishes to go back home to Titan Tower and ends up immediately fed up by the other Titans' antics to the point of wanting to return to the island, but it still ends up twisted because Robin himself was about to be kissed by the wish-version of Starfire and ends up sadder over the wish being undone that Raven was with the wish itself.

** "Pure Protein" is one to both ''Series/{{Survivor}}'' and ''Film/{{Predator}}''. In the first half, Robin forces the other Titans to split into teams and compete in an "Island Survival" challenge in order to test their skills, as well as make them fill "confessional" segments. Then the final round of "Island Survival" has Robin calling in a large, intimidating alien hunter to chase the Titans through the jungle. The alien and Cyborg even do the iconic Epic Handshake after they've befriended each other and part ways.
