The atmosphere grows more ominous as Moka identifies the mysterious girl as her younger sister Kokoa Shuzen. As children, Moka's tough inner self had always fought with and won against Kokoa at their home. However, when Moka had moved out of their home with her powers sealed in the rosary, Kokoa had chased her everywhere and vowed to challenge Moka's timid outer self one last time. Kokoa soon bursts into the classroom, and chases Moka around the school, using her mysterious bat, capable of shapeshifting into various weapons, to attack. Tsukune and the others do their best to protect her. Moka later confronts Kokoa outside, yet unable to fight back and soon admitting defeat. Tsukune speedily intercedes when Kokoa still attacks, and he removes the rosary from Moka's neck. After Moka's inner self lands a stalwart kick on Kokoa, the latter runs to eagerly and lovingly greet the former. Kokoa quietly resolves to have her sister all to herself, as Tsukune carries an exhausted Moka to the infirmary.

!Tropes for this episode include:
* AnnoyingYoungerSibling: Kokoa would continually pick fights with Moka as a child in a single-minded goal to get a win, something that continued to happen over the years until now. Considering they come from a family of vampires, these fights would become increasingly intense and murderous.
* BaitAndSwitch:
** When Ginei and Rubi make a BigEntrance, the Newspaper Club thinks that they are there to save them from Kokoa, when really they are just doing a photoshoot.
** When Kokoa has a VillainousBreakdown after beating Outer Moka, Tsukune thinks that she was just dealing with abandonment issues and that all of this aggression was how she expressed her sisterly love. In reality, she really ''does'' hate Moka, or at least Outer Moka. What she really wanted Inner Moka.
** When it looks like Kokoa is going to fight Inner Moka, she winds up hugging her and crying, happy to see her ''real'' sister again.
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Kurumu bawks when she realizes that Nazo wasn't just the show's narrator. Later, they both gawk at the writer's ingenuity for adding the bat in the show for him to be Kokoa's weapon.
* DropTheHammer: One of the weapon-forms Nazo takes on is a giant hammer tipped with spikes.
* ImplacableMan: After Moka left for the human world and had her powers limited with the rosario, Kokoa continued to follow and terrorize her relentlessly until she went to Yokai Academy.
* LikesClarkKentHatesSuperman: Kokoa hates Outer Moka and wants her to be gone permanently because she prefers Inner Moka.
* MightMakesRight: When Inner Moka willingly goes back to being Outer Moka, Kokoa thinks that she became just like her "wimp" friends and vows to reverse it.
* MonsterOfTheWeek: Moka's younger half-sister Kokoa Shuzen, an arrogant [[OurVampiresAreDifferent vampire]] attending her freshman year at Yokai hell-bent on killing Outer Moka.
* PintsizedPowerhouse: Being a vampire, Kokoa [[CurbStompBattle curb-stomps]] everybody in her way despite barely being taller than Yukari.
* ShoutOut: Two of the things Kokoa would terrorize Outer Moka with is a costumes similar to Ghostface from ''Film/{{Scream}}'', Freddy from ''Film/ANightmareOnElmStreet'', Jason from ''Franchise/FridayThe13th'' and a psycho doll similar to Chucky from ''Film/ChildsPlay''.
* TemptingFate: After Kotsubo and Kagome make a fuss about Kokoa's destructive behavior to Nekonome, she asks if she has been causing more problems, clearly not wanting to discipline her. It is right then when the room shakes and pictures fall off of the wall, Kokoa very loudly proclaiming that she would knock down the entire school to get to Moka.
