* AluminumChristmasTrees: The Ratte was a real German project, but unlike in the show it was cancelled in the planning stages. At 1000 tonnes, it was to be by far the largest tank ever built.

Miyafuji awakens in hospital with her magic power completely drained and it will take a week to recover. Patton and Wilcke take Miyafuji to Allied Command in Amsterdam to try and get the next assault on Berlin delayed for ten days so that Miyafuji can recover, but a combination of infighting between the generals and the vast scale of the operation force it to go forward as planned. As the Brave Witches attack from the east, the Ardor Witches from the south, and the Noble Witches (divided into A and B divisions) from Gallia in the west, the main thrust into Berlin will be led by Patton from Kiel in the north and down through Karsland. To break the wall surrounding Berlin, a new secret weapon, the Landkreuzer P. 1000 ''Ratte'' supertank will be commanded by Patton himself for the assault. The Strike Witches will provide air support for Patton's army.

Instead of going back to Den Helder for rest, Miyafuji stays behind in Kiel where she asks to serve on the ''Ratte'' as a normal medic, which is approved by Patton. They face heavy resistance as they approach Berlin, but the ''Ratte'' is able to get close enough to fire upon the wall and obliterate a segment in one hit. The Neuroi reforms the wall using units from other wall segments, but repeated fire eventually destroys the wall completely and Patton's army group enters the city despite Patton himself being wounded in the attack. After entering the city, a massive dome forms over the city, completely trapping Patton and cutting him off from the air support. Miyafuji spots the Zoo Tower, where Patton chooses to make his stand. Patton manages to get a wire out to General Bradley informing him of the situation. Barkhorn suggests using the Berlin underground to infiltrate the dome from underneath. Meanwhile, Sakamoto who was listening from a flight heading to Britannia carrying Miyafuji's ''Shinden'' Striker Unit orders her plane to head to Berlin.
