* TheBusCameBack: Both the giant mole monster from "A Pain In My Sidekick" and Infrared Ivan from "See No Evil" makes reappearances as monsters to be subdued by Misty.
* CallBack: When Sheldon talks about his distrust of Misty, one of the things he brought up was that Misty initially wanted Jenny to bail Earth when she first appeared.

* GoodTimesMontage: With Misty taking over as Tremorton's hero, Brad mentions that it's the perfect time for Jenny to do the things an average teen does without interruption. Cure the happy music over scenes of Jenny goofing off.

* WorfHadTheFlu: Jenny's fight against both the KillerRabbit and Misty would've gone smoother had Jenny still kept up her workout and maintenance during her downtime.

* BeyondTheImpossible: Tuck's quest for box tops has him breaking into houses that doesn't even ''have'' cereal.
* CantGetAwayWithNuthin: Stealing a Musique instantly makes Jenny guilt-ridden, and even after coming clean, she gets overwhelmed by an angry mob and is forced to work community service at a Musique factory.
* IPhony: The Musique is very obviously meant to be a stand in for Apple products (there's even a disco scene where everything is colored like the original iPod ads).
* ImmediateSelfContradiction: "I think everyone should have [a Musique]! ...Except you, XJ-9, they're too expensive."
* KeepingSecretsSucks: Jenny successfully steals a Musique... but then quickly realizes she can't flaunt it because she'll be easily busted for it.
* MockingMusic: Jenny can't show off her Musique, but she can still listen to it! And then the radio function plays songs with thieving allegories.
* ReadTheFinePrint: After days of grinding cereal box tops, Tuck tries to cash them all in at the Musique store, despite the manager telling him that he had to mail them in as stated on the fine print.
* SeriousBusiness: People treat the Musique like a sacred cow, with Brad even going on a tangent stating that it's more than a music player.
* TalkingToThemself: Jenny fabricates the Ruby Rocket persona as a scapegoat to her crime, so she had to do a lot of back and forth hero-banter with herself just to keep up illusions.

* TorchesAndPitchforks: Played for laughs, as the Skyway Patrol-endorsed angry mob acts in a respectful door-to-door salesman-like fashion.

'''Girl of Steal'''

'''Production code:''' 305a

'''Original air date:''' 10/18/2008 ''(produced in 2005)''

Jenny desperately wants a popular music player called the "Musique" which is very expensive. Dr. Wakeman says that in order to earn enough money, Jenny will have to get a job. However, Jenny is fired from every job she takes.

As Jenny passes by the Musique store, she notices an unnattended box. Making sure no one is watching, she removes the Musique from the box and steals it. Someone notices that she shoplifted, and she is chased down by a crowd of people (including Brad, who doesn’t know the thief is Jenny). Using props she finds at the back of the store, Jenny disguises herself as a red rocket (later nicknamed Ruby Rocket) and flies home.

When she tries out the stolen Musique, she is haunted by guilt. She tries to return it; however, Dr. Wakeman takes the box that Jenny put it in, believing it is her "birthday present" from Jenny, and thanks her. An angry mob soon approaches the front door, and when Dr. Wakeman opens it, the authorities say that they know the thief, “Ruby Rocket” is in the house. Not wanting her mother to be blamed for her crime, Jenny pretends to fight with “Ruby Rocket”, changing guises repeatedly.

After pretending to defeat "Ruby Rocket" (which was actually just a refrigerator that had been painted red by Jenny) and blowing it up with her lasers, Jenny informs the angry mob she lost the Musique because "Ruby Rocket" still had it when she destroyed her. Suddenly, Dr. Wakeman appears, revealing she actually has the Musique, and Jenny is forced to tell the truth so her mother isn't accused of stealing it.

Afterward, when Jenny admitted that she stole the Musique, she is forced to work at the Musique factory to make up for it, and realizes how pointless the fad was.

'''Mist Opportunities'''

'''Mist Opportunities'''

'''Production code:''' 305b

'''Original air date:''' 10/18/2008 ''(produced in 2005)''

With [[Recap/MyLifeAsATeenageRobotS2E12 Misty]] hanging in Tremorton and doing her part in keeping the town safe (though not for free), Jenny decides to leave the superheroics to her and starts to slack off. But when Misty's reckless mercenary habits clash with Jenny's views on protecting the innocent, fisticuffs break out between the two. What's going to become of their friendship?

!! "Mist Opportunities" contains examples of:
* DownerEnding: The episode concludes with Jenny having a falling out with Misty after realizing that she's become selfish and only willing to save lives for personal gain. And sadly, since the series was Main/CutShort, we never got to see them reconcile.
* KillerRabbit: A bunny with super strength and laser eyes attacks the town. He mops the floor with Jenny, who had been slacking off on her training. Eventually, an entire herd of them shows up.
* TheOnlyOneAllowedToDefeatYou: Misty stops the rabbit from finishing off Jenny because she picked a fight with her. She drops that after Jenny invokes Main/WeUsedToBeFriends.
* PunchClockHero: Misty.
