* ForWantOfANail: In regards to "[[Recap/TheOwlHouseS2E3EchoesOfThePast Echoes of the Past]]": Amity joins King, Lilith and Hooty on the trip to the uncharted island in place of Luz, who goes hunting with Eda and encounters a werewolf (later revealed to be Skara). After learning where the others went, Luz carried Eda to the island (omitting the flying bathtub) and the Owl House is vandalized by Glandus students since no one's around. King admits he's known about how he and Eda really met for years and instead of a fire bomb, the hole in the tower is unblocked by Luz using a [[SpinAttack drill spin]] with her wings. Plus unlike canon, Willow makes an appearance.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: With Hooty gone and all the enemies Luz made, someone vandalizing the Owl House with no one (not counting the incapacitated Brucy) to protect it is highly likely.

* SeriousBusiness: Eda is known for not remembering people's names. She actually gets Skara's right when she brings her up.

* BothSidesHaveAPoint: Lilith is right to bring up the lack of proof for an actual King of Demons and Belos being the only ruler on the Isles, but King reminds her that Belos was a pathological liar and Amity supports him by reminding Lilith about their unreliable narrative and the cover-ups regarding Luz.

* CallingTheOldWomanOut: Amity spends most of the chapter chewing out Lilith for not giving King the benefit of the doubt about his story. Lilith's continued belief that King's delusional ultimately gets Amity to harsly remind her of when she tried to dissuade Luz from following her dream of being a witch, her main reason for supporting King by considering his story is true.

* FailedASpotCheck: No one catches Lilith's uneasy expression when Eda promises King nobe of them will be keeping secrets from each other anymore.

* HereWeGoAgain: Hooty rolls his eyes in annoyance at having to hear King's origin story again.

* SecretSecretKeeper: Not only has Luz been hiding that she knew King's origins per Eda's request for 7 years, King knew all along.

** Amity brings up Lilith's CondescendingCompassion leading to her telling Luz she can't be a witch in "To Serve", which is why she fully supports King's story.

** The Owl House residents mention their promise to be more honest and not keep secrets from each other from "Family Group Therapy".
