A woman wins a Formula One race. But as she's being interviewed, she starts feeling woozy, then falls down.

The applicants are pondering which case to take next, but Dr. House has already decided: the race car driver, who House nicknames "Speed Racer." The applicants have exotic potential diagnoses, but Dr. Foreman's convinced it's just dehydration and heat stroke.

Dr. Cuddy of course thinks that House's CIA consulting assignment is just an excuse to get out of clinic duty.

Dr. Brenner confesses to something but House won't fire Brenner, Brenner must quit.

Cuddy still refuses to believe House consulted for the CIA. House makes up a story about helping a rich hedge fund manager's son with the sniffles in the Hamptons. Cuddy briefly pretends to believe that, before declaring that the Hamptons story is even less plausible than the CIA story. House must now do 24 clinic hours, relieving Dr. Wilson of 16 clinic hours.
