One morning, as Doc gets dressed, Lambie is doing sit-ups and is excited as it's "International Cuddle Day" -- a day devoted to cuddling. Doc, Donny, and Lambie enter the kitchen, where the male [=McStuffinses=] are making hotcakes and accidentally spill flour on Lambie.
After breakfast, Lambie sets up a "cuddle booth" (like a kissing booth but for hugs). Wicked King cuts in line disguised as a little girl, and Chilly arrives in rain gear, thinking it's International ''Puddle'' Day. Lambie goes to hug Stuffy, but starts sneezing flour. Doc gives her a check-up and discovers the flour, which she calls "flour-tosis". She then bans Lambie from cuddling anyone lest she cover them in flour also, and she can't be washed because the parents are at work.
Lambie doesn't want to cancel International Cuddle Day, so she puts Stuffy in charge of the cuddling booth, but he hugs too aggressively. They sing the "What's Going On?" song, so Doc explains the situation. Bronty hugs Lambie, causing ''him'' to be covered in flour, but luckily, Doc easily dusts him off. Lambie sings a sad song about being unable to cuddle, but luckily Mr. [=McStuffins=] comes home and washes her just before the sun sets, allowing her to cuddle everyone after all.
