Jérémie assumes that Aelita's mother may have tried to hack them, but doesn't confirm this, and so Yumi and Odd go on the Skid to check it out. XANA literally grabs the skid, implants malicious code into the suiper computer, and leaves Jérémie deeply regretful at falling for such a stupid ploy, and now they have no superscanner, meaning he cannot find activated towers. Resolved by the end of the episode, but the Skid is still destroyed, and requires some build time.
