** When Throttle explains that most of the Martian mice were wiped out, the way he says it implies that he, Vinnie, and Modo are [[LastOfHisKind the sole survivors of their race]]. This is contradicted in later episodes, where other Martian mice who survived the Plutarkian invasion are introduced, such as Throttle's girlfriend Carbine and Modo's nephew Rimfire.

Revising details in light of watching the episode \"Verminator\".

** Throttle uses his antennae to show Charley his memories of the destruction Mars suffered at the hands of the Plutarkians. For the rest of the series, the Martian mice's antennae seem to only serve cosmetic purposes.

** Dr. Karbunkle is said to be responsible for Modo losing his arm and is shown to be impressed by the mouse's robotic replacement. The three-part episode "Once Upon a Time on Mars", however, reveals that Karbunkle gave Modo his robotic arm himself.

Running out of time. Don\'t think I have enough tropes, though.

** Greasepit's voice sounds more gruff and less dim-witted than it does in later episodes.
** When we first see the Biker Mice, they are flying around in space with no concern over the survival of their planet, when several later episodes reveal that in addition to preventing the Plutarkians from doing to Earth what they did to Mars, another goal of theirs is to undo the destruction that Mars suffered.
* ShoutOut:
** After Charley expresses disbelief at Throttle, Vinnie, and Modo being giant mice, Modo remarks "Where you expecting [[Franchise/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles turtles]], maybe?"

** The X-Terminator is an obvious reference to the Franchise/{{Terminator}}, complete with speaking in an Austrian accent and his last line in the episode being "I'll be back".
